| Chance-Vought F-8 Crusader (Part 1) |

File Description:
Chance-Vought F-8 Crusader (Part 1). I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for this classic aircraft of modern military history.
This is an original 8-LOD model, with many animations and features thanks to a growing confidence in XML-coding and making FSDS work for me instead of the other way around.
Nicknamed "The Last Gunfighter", this aircraft was the last production aircraft for the US Navy and Marine Corps which used guns as primary armament, and was in service at the twilight of this age, as well as the dawn of the missile age. Like all combat-experience aircraft, it had a relatively short life during its operational use (only about twenty years or so as a fighter), but was used a little longer as a recce aircraft; and beyond that in export service to France and the Philippines. The Crusader was used extensively in combat operations in Vietnam, played a crucial role in the Cuban Missile Crisis, and gave the newer F-4 Phantoms a fair run for their money in terms of air combat capability during this time.
This is part one of this model series, covering the F-8A, F-8B, and F-8C base models; with a total of 16 model options and a staggering 65 individual squadron paints. I am fairly confident that if any operational squadron of the USN and USMC used this aircraft from the late 50s to the late 60s, it is covered here at some time frame. Subsequent releases will include the later USN/USMC models, as well as the French and Philippine exports. Extensive credits and instructions are in the documentation. Base model and paint by Michael Pearson, flight dynamics by Michael MacIntyre.

The Crusader was used extensively in combat operations in Vietnam, played a crucial role in the Cuban Missile Crisis, and gave the newer F-4 Phantoms a fair run for their money in terms of air combat capability during this time. It is interesting to note that the 'elderly' F-8 Crusader had a better kill overall ratio in air combat in Vietnam than its F-4 successor.
This is part three of this model series, covering the F-8J, F-8K, F-8L, RF-8A, and RF-8G base models; with a total of 25 model options and 56 individual unit paints. I am fairly confident that if any operational squadron of the USN and USMC used this aircraft from the late 50s to the early 80s, it is covered in this project at some time frame. Base model and paint by Michael Pearson, flight dynamics by Michael McIntyre.

| Texture fix for Alphas F-8 Crusader |
|
File Description:
This is a texture fix for the Alphas F-8 Crusader in the Sundowners paintscheme with the red/white fin. It corrects the wrong aircraft number and type. The old textures has the number "147084" it should read "148684". It also includes a new nosecone texture with panellines.
Just copy the updated textures into the corresponding texture folder and overwrite the old ones when asked.

|
File Description:
A "What if" repaint of a French Aeronavale Marine RAZBAM Convair F/A-201A Kestrel (labeled as F/A-201M) if the Kestrel ever made it beyond the drawing board, and the Aeronavale had selected it as a F-8 Crusader replacement.
For this repaint you need a legal copy of the RAZBAM F/A-201A Kestrel.

| F-8 E HMC |
|
File Description:
Description: This aircraft is a composite of three textures from the alpasim F-8 E Crusader. I reworked the air and aircraft.cfg files so that it now flys more like the real one. It will now reach maximim speed. I added an afterburner and put in an F-86 panel that I made a few changes to.

| Abbotsford Airport |
|
File Description:
This scenery adds a few buildings and such to CYXX, which is in Abbotsford, BC (CANADA). Please note, my design goal was not super high realism or accuracy. I just wanted to put a few building where they were supposed to be, more or less. (BTW, this is my first scenery project.) Hope you enjoy it!

File Description:
This scenery package updates the landclass definitions for the Fraser Valley, in British Columbia, Canada. This corresponds roughly to the area between Vancouver and Hope. The only difference between this file and the original fvlc.zip is an updated ReadMe file.

File Description:
FSConnect is a module that gets loaded by Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS) and interacts with third-party programs (clients), providing data regarding the user aircraft. Version 3.00 adds support for XML expressions, as well as the ability to generate key events by which you can control the user aircraft and certain aspects of the simulator. File Description:
Chance-Vought F-8 Crusader (Expansion & Service Pack). This is a service pack to fix a few small-but-glaring errors in a couple of my release packages for this aircraft.
To compensate the fans, I am throwing in an additional 8 new models and 50 paints across most of the variants. This is a drop-in-and-overwrite update to all four of my original F-8 AI traffic packages, which must be installed first. Please read the documentation for fixes, additions, and manual install instructions if desired. Base model and paint by Michael Pearson, flight dynamics by Michael McIntyre.
