File Description:
This is a repaint of RAZBAM's excellent A-4E. These textures represent an A-4E of VA-86, Sidewinders, on the USS Independence in 1965. In the real world this squadron transitioned to A7s in February, 1967, This aircraft was subsequently assigned to VMA-311. On 9/11/1970 this aircraft was brought down by ground fire and the pilot, 1Lt. B. H. Passmeyer, USMC , was KIA. THESE ARE TEXTURES ONLY! You need the RAZBAM "The Skyhawks Volume 2" payware package.

VA-156, which was a day-fighter unit despite its Attack designation, was the first Tiger squadron to complete carrier qualifications. THESE ARE TEXTURES ONLY!
