| Western Express/Skywest AI DJC Metro III retro repaints |

File Description:
For a short time just prior to the merger with Delta, Western Airlines had asked its commuter carrier Skywest to paint it's fleet into Western Express colors. Up until this point, Skywest aircraft were flown in an independant livery. These colors did no last long, as a Delta-like livery was adopted quickly and by the time Skywest's Brasilias came on property, the Western Express colors were no longer being painted. There are 2 versions of this livery, the full livery and one without titles. The paints are for use in the 1987 Western Express plans James Hamelers available on Avsim as "western_express_spring_1987.zip". Requires the DJC Metroliner model.

This package updates the original TV model which had a bad texture map in the upper wirecutter and adds 3 additional TV News models/textures including the never been released WIS-TV Newshawk version as built and painted by Owen Hewitt

A repaint for the Warbirdsim P-51B in the colors of Mustang Mk.III, HB-837, flown by Leonard Cheshire, CO of the 617th Bomber Squadron ('the Dambusters') to mark targets for his bombers. More on this remarkable pilot can be found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leonard_Cheshire. Like the majority of the RAF's Mk.III Mustangs late in the war, HB-837 is fitted with a Malcolm Hood Canopy. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom.

With this zip you get the opportunity to expand the Seattle region of your FU3 flight simulator up to Vancouver. The original region has 100 tiles (10x10) and the new region will hold 180 textured tiles (10x18). After all installation steps are done you will have a low resolution area from Coupeville Nolf up to Vancouver, but still better than OT texture. Everyone who's interested can obtain this set of megatiles with proper elevation and a basic scenery layout each one may take this to a more refined level later. Whether one elects to keep the basic textures or replace them with good orthophotos the terrain is there and new airports can be shared and used by everyone with an expanded high-res region. You will need 6 other files from the AVSIM library to prepare your game for this expansion, see readme file inside workfolder.

This is a repaint of Slovenian police Agusta-Bell Jetranger helicopter. Slovenian police has two of these helicopters, one S5-HPD and S5-HPE and are used in common police tasks as air observation, etc. They are situated on Ljubljana-Brnik (LJLJ) airport. This helicopter is released as freeware. More on Slovenian flying on http://slovenia.avsim.net.
