Re-upload. FS2004 KLM Douglas DC-3 pre-war textures.
Before and after World War II, KLM was a major European operator of the Douglas DC-3. The first DC-3, PH-ALI 'Ibis', entered service with KLM in October 1936. This made KLM the first operator of the DC-3 in Europe.
22 others would join before Nazi-Germany invaded the Netherlands on 10 May 1940 and occupied the country for five dark years. Those DC-3's present at Amsterdam-Schiphol, if not destroyed by bombs, were impounded by the Germans. Other DC-3's that happened to be elsewhere out of reach of the enemy found their way either to the Dutch East Indies where they served on the KNILM routes until the Japanese invasion in February 1942, or to England where they were leased by BOAC for the London (later Bristol) to Lisbon service.
Both PH-ALI 'Ibis' and PH-ARW 'Wulp' moved to England. Unfortunately they did not survive World War II. The 'Wulp' was destroyed in November 1940 when Bristol got bombed by
the German Luftwaffe. The 'Ibis' was shot down by Junkers Ju-88's on 1 June 1943 over the Bay of Biscay.
The repaints of PH-ALI and PH-ARW are based on the templates Mark Beaumont created for the MAAM-SIM Douglas DC-3 (passenger version), which were based on Jan Visser's original textures. These are textures only. You will require MAAM-SIM's great donationware Douglas R4D/DC-3 package. Repaints by Maarten Brouwer.

The Macchi C.205 (also known as MC.205,"MC" standing for "Macchi Castoldi") Veltro (Italian:Greyhound) was an Italian World War II fighter aircraft built by the Aeronautica Macchi.
The C.205 was a development of the earlier C.202 Folgore. With a top speed of some 400 mph and equipped with a pair of 20 mm cannon as well as 12.7 mm Breda machine guns, the Macchi C.205 Veltro was highly respected by Allied and Luftwaffe pilots alike. Regarded as the best Italian aircraft of World War II, in action it proved to be extremely effective, destroying a large number of Allied bombers and capable of successfully clashing on equal terms with such renowned fighters as the North American P-51D Mustang, but, although the C.205 was able to match the best Allied opponents in speed and manoeuvrability, it was introduced late in the conflict. Moreover, due to the poor Italian industrial capability of the time, only a small production run was delivered before the end of the war.
Italy's highest scoring ace, Adriano Visconti, achieved 11 of his 26 credited victories in the few weeks he was able to fly the Veltro, with the top scoring 205 Sergente Maggiore pilota Luigi Gorrini shooting down 14 enemy aircraft plus six damaged with the C.205.

The F5E Plus Tiger III is an upgrade of the F5E/F Tiger II and did not involve upgrades to the engines or airframe, avionics and electronics were substantially upgraded. The F5A Freedom Fighter was originally developed by Northrop as a light, fast, maneuverable and inexpensive fighter. Deliveries began in August 1964 and its various versions have been sold to many countries besides the US, including, Brazil, Canada, Greece, Chile, Honduras, Indonesia, Singapore, South Korea, Sudan, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia and Yemen. Capable of speeds near mach 2 and a combat radius of 875 miles it is one of the most agile military aircraft ever produced.

| Takhli Royal Thai Air Force Base (Scenery Upgrade) |

File Description:
An upgraded model of Takhli Royal Thai Air Force Base as it appeared in 1970 at the height of the Vietnam War. Takhli was the home of the USAF's 355th Tactical Fighter Wing, which flew F-105 Thunderchiefs and RB/EB-66 Destroyers. A large number of KC-135 tankers were also stationed at Takhli. In December 1970 the 355th TFW was deactivated and the USAF side of the airbase was closed. However, it was reopened in April 1972 and served as a major base of combat operations during the Linebacker I and II campaigns. This enhanced model supercedes the Takhli scenery that was uploaded three years ago. It should be compatible with FS 2004. Requires the trees_v3.zip object library by Gerrish Gray.

File Description:
Contained is an approximation of CYYD, Smithers Regional Airport, BC, made using the fsx object placement tool. Just pop it in your fsx\add on scenery\scenery folder. This scenery works well with Combat Planes Northern Adventures sampler. Notice that any xml mission file can be converted to a permanent bgl file for personal use with the bgl compiler of the SDK or Abacus Scenery Shortcut. For example, the Combat Planes Terrace Airport, CYXT. Thus, with this file and the above mentioned, one can have a nice circuit to fly from Smithers through Terrace down to Sandspit and back up to the Sitkine Area, to be improved in the future no doubt with Tongass Fjords II. FSG North America terrain mesh highly recommended.

| Boeing B-17G "Fuddy Duddy" N9563Z |

File Description:
This is a repaint only for the FSX Wings of Power II Boeing B-17G Flying Fortress, in the markings of "Fuddy Duddy," N9563Z. This aircraft was delivered to the USAAF as 44-83563, and served as a VB-17G VIP transport following WWII. It operated as a fire fighting Tanker, C24, for Aviation Specialties and Tanker 89 for Globe Air. The aircraft appeared in the movies The War Lover and Tora, Tora, Tora. Purchased in 1985 by the National Warplane Museum/Wings of Eagles of Geneseo, New York, the aircraft was restored back to WWII configuration and painted as "Fuddy Duddy." The aircraft has more recently been purchased by Martin Aviation of Orange County, California, where it now resides.

| Royal Canadian Navy (Fictional) Chance-Vought F-8 Crusader |

File Description:
This is a repaint of the excellent Chance-Vought F-8 Crusader by Alphasim to represent a fictional Royal Canadian Navy 'CF-8'. The Crusader would have been a natural choice for the Royal Canadian Navy to replace its ageing fleet of McDonnell F3H Banshees in the late 1950's or early 1960's. Smaller and more manoeuvrable than the Phantom II it would have been better suited to the single RCN light fleet carrier HMCS Bonaventure.
This download will give 4 versions of the Crusader in RCN colours; an early CF-8E with pre-unification fin flag, a later version with bombs, a CF-8J with AIM-9's and a CF-8J with AGM-12 Bullpup anti-ship missiles.

File Description:
This is repaint of Korean Air Cargo's Mcdonell Douglas MD-11 (reg no. HL7372) in 1990 color scheme.
Colors of Korean Air's blue color before 2000 was bit darker than that is now.
HL7372 was first delivered to Korean Air in Jan. 25th, 1991 as Passenger Aircraft, and was the second MD-11 for Korean Air. It was converted to Freighter in June. 1995 and was handed over to Korean Air Cargo. It served Korean Air Cargo until 2004 and handed over to Pegasus Aviation II (Reg No. N988PG) and handed over to Varig Log as PR-LGD Serves until now. HL7372 had unloading incident at Sydney Kingsford Intl' at 2002 as freighter. You'll need PMDG MD-11 to use this repaint
