This is a paint of C-GOKR as it appeared back in the 70"s.in this painting I have upgraded the outlines, hardware, panels etc.as well as added items such as the engine oil cooler (belly), skid tube attach screws etc.for a more finished look.The instrument panel was also upgraded as well.
Okanagan Helicopters Started in 1947 with one, 2 seater helicopter, a Bell 47-B3, CF-FZX, and 3 employees.
Carl Agar, ex RCAF flight instructor, Alfred “Alf†Stringer, a 25 year old airplane mechanic, ex RCAF, and Arnold “Barney†Bent, ex RCAF flight Instructor, started the Company as a Crop Dusting Operation in Penticton.
By Dec 1958 they had 54 helicopters.
By the 70's they became one of the worlds largest Companies and operated aound the globe.
I was fortunate enough to be employed by them as an Engineer for many years.

Royal Danish Air Force Lockheed F-104G Starfighter, aka the Zipper, Coffin Nail, Widowmaker, Flying Coffin, or Missile with a Man in It; in untrained hands it resembles a lawn dart, as nicknamed by the Canadians. I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for this hotrod of military jet history. Going into production in 1955, this aircraft was manufactured, directly or by license, by 6 countries, and served the air forces of 17 countries. Late examples served until 2004, nearly fifty years after its introduction. An original 7-LOD model brings this historic aircraft to the flightsim world. This package represents the F-104G in the service of the Royal Danish Air Force; with a total of 12 models and 32 repaints; and additionally represents the Canadair CF-104s used by Denmark. I am also including some optional variants with separate manual install instructions. Original aircraft model and textures by Michael Pearson, flight dynamics by Michael MacIntyre.

This folder contains a repaint for the Consolidated B-24D by Flight Replicas, adapted for use in P3Dv5. It shows B-24D-10-Cf 42-62885 BZ862 of the RAF. Arrived in the UK in 1943, it was flown to Karachi, arriving there in August 1943. It first flew with 354 Sqn with serial A, before going to 160 Sqn as J. It was based in Minneriya, in present-day Sri Lanka and was used for long distance mine-laying operations. For this, they removed all extra weight and installed three additional tanks in the forward bomb-bay. This aircraft flew a sortie to southern Malaya to drop two British officers near the Kota Tinggi/Johore road on 31-7/1-8-1945, captained by Flt Lt J A Muir RCAF, and was airborne for 24 hrs 10 mins, the longest unrefuelled flight ever made by any Allied landplane in World War II; the distance flown was 3,735 mls (6,013 km). | Air Viking Vanguard 952 TF-AVA |

File Description:
The ex Air Canada Vanguards acquired by Air Holdings were flown by many airlines in the early days. Many of them were only for a short time as startup airlines took them on with high hopes only to fail or change direction. Air Viking was one of two Icelandic airlines leasing Vanguards in 1970-71. Operating this single Vanguard from a base in Keflavik it flew to many destinations even flying as far as the Canary Islands. Delivered in June 1970 it was repossessed by Air Holding when the airline failed in December of that year. This particular machine came of note when, as CF-TKD it flew the first TCA Westbound flight on 01 February 1961 and again when flying for Invicta as G-AXOY it made the last ever UK passenger Vanguard flight flying a Luton-Luton charter on 26 October 1975. Sold to EAS as F-BXOH it did not enter service but was stored as a spares source at Perpignan. Requires the FSDS Vanguard model by Rick Piper.

I am also including some optional variants with separate manual install instructions. Lastly, this package includes a small fix for one model in my Danish Starfighter package (mpai_f104g_rdaf.zip). Turkish Air Force Lockheed F-104 Starfighter; aka the Zipper, Coffin Nail, Flying Coffin, or Missile with a Man in It (in untrained hands it resembles a lawn dart). I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for this hotrod of military jet history. Going into production in 1955, this aircraft was manufactured, directly or by license, by 6 countries, and served the air forces of 17 countries. Late examples served until 2004, nearly fifty years after its introduction. An original 7-LOD model brings this historic aircraft to the flightsim world. This package represents the F-104 and CF-104 in the service of the Turk Hava Kuvvetleri; with a total of 25 models and 70 repaints; covering the hodge-podge collection of Canadair, Aeritalia, Fokker, and Lockheed airframes the Turks collected over their use of this aircraft. I am also including some optional variants with manual install instructions, on a separate document in the zip file. | B-24 USAAF 801st PG "Black Zombie" |

File Description:
Wherever they were to be seen, the glossy black Consolidated B-24s of the 801st Provisional Group, based at Harrington in Great Britain, stood out like big full stops. The squadrons of this group dropped supplies and agents for the French Underground. They were known by the name 'Carpetbaggers'. This illustration is a machine of the 406th BS, one of the squadrons of the group.
This B-24H-15-CF, originally 'The Loretta Ann' of the 850th BS, 490th BG coded 'N-', transferred on 6th June 1944 to 391st BS, 34th BG coded 'I', and further transferred on 18th January 1945 to the 492nd BG 856th BS who sent it on detached service to the 406th BS(NL), NL being Night Leaflet. It survived the war and returned to the US, arriving on 11th July 1945. It was stored at Albuquerque from 10th August 1945 where it was later cut up for scrap. This particular aircraft was not a Carpetbagger per se and obviously wasn't engaged in agent or supply dropping but leaflet distribution over the Continent as the war ran down. This folder contains a repaint for the freeware Grumman Mallard by Milton Shupe and LDR development. It shows ZK-CDV, Mallard c/n J13. It was imported into New Zealand by the Utah-Williamson-Burnett Ltd for transportation to its Manapouri Power Station project.
This airframe was constructed in late 1946 and delivered to Canada on 25-01-1947 as CF-FFG. By mid 1951 it was in Indonesia as PK-AKG with an offshoot of Shell Oil. It then moved to the Netherlands New Guinea register as JZ-POB in 1955. It eventually became VH-TGA in 1962 with East Coast Airlines followed by a transfer to Trans Australia Airlines in mid 1963 and used on the "Coralair Service". It was ferried into Auckland on 13-10-1963 and became ZK-CDV on the 15th for Utah-Williamson-Burnett at Invercargill. It still had some hydraulic problems as its nosewheel collapsed on 07-10-1964 at Invercargill. It was purchased in about 1969 by the Department of Internal Affairs and went to NAC in Christchurch for some refurbishment and a paint job before being cancelled on 21-02-1969 and marked up as VQ-FBC. This was for Air Pacific with whom it carried the name "Na Secala". It was withdrawn from use in Fiji on 04-10-1970 and cancelled from their register on 31-03-1971 for transfer to the US as N2442H the following day. It has soldiered on ever since; moving to Canada as C-GRZI for about a year in 1978 before returning to the US again. In June of 1993 it was sold to Steve Hamilton of Reno Nevada. Steve re-registered it as N2950 in March of 1998. It is still current.
