File Description:
This is a repaint of the Alphasim B-36 that represents a B-36B-5-CF from the 7th Bomb Wing at Carswell AFB Texas, around 1949-50 when many were given red wing outer panels and empennage to allow Arctic over-flights. In the event of a crash the red surfaces would be easily visible against the snow. This download contains texture files for both FS9 and FSX, as well as new .bump files and a new texture.shared folder for FSX.

Real livery for this canadian Aircruiser used in the 30's. Livery to the year 1935. Registration CF-AWR. The Flying W, as it was commonly known, was originally designed as a commercial passenger aircraft, at which it showed great promise. But a decision by the FAA to require multiple engines on passenger aircraft doomed it. I used Boeing's RCAF/ARC concept picture online as a guide and I "converted/painted over" one of the VRS jets included in the SuperBug package into a series of "NEW" Canadian Super Hornets...Sierra Hotel! In VERSION ONE of this jet I used the stock VRS color scheme for my "grey base paint", but on VERSION TWO I tried re-creating the "Classic CF-18" colors. I've included both textures in this package and you can decide which you like best!

c/n 45326/803. Delivered to Canadian Pacific in April 1957 as CF-CZS. From 1962 to 1964 it was leased to British United Airways and registered as G-ARXZ. Later sold to Greenlandair as OY-DRM and then Air Atlantique as G-SIXA. Scrapped in April 1985 at Manston.
Textures only. Prior installation of the excellent Douglas DC-6A CB-17 and DC-6A CB-16 by Tom Gibson and Greg Pepper at California Classic Propliners is required. (http://www.calclassic.com)

Pacific Air Lines March 19, 1953. Sold to TOA Airways in February 1964 and registered JA5118.

File Description:
This aircraft was one of the Air Holdings stock and had been on lease to Air Trader of Sweden. After it's return it was leased to Invicta International in March 1973 still in the Swedish operators livery. It was sold to Invicta in October of that year. Starting life as CF-TKB with Trans Canada Airlines, this aircraft like so many of the type 952 ended it's career with Europe Aero Service and as F-BXAJ flew it's last service on 27th July 1979. Requires the FSDS Vanguard model by Rick Piper.

File Description:
Totally redone textures for alphasim's CF-100 'Canuck' ( www.alphasim.co.uk ). Weathering, rivetting ,panel lines (and mush reworking of line positioning so control surface markings line up with actual model control surfaces) and given a hopefully realistic metallic look.
A note about dusk, dawn and night. For some reason with the lights on, the textures become transparent during these times. Solutions are to turn off lights or turn off reflections in the settings. I hope to find out why this problem exists but I don't know.
These are the result of many many hours or research and graphics work and I hope some people get something out of them. They bring this older model to new life in my opinion.
