Two aircrafts of the nine R.H.A.F. C-47 operated during the Korean War (1950/1955). Based on repaint templates by Mark Beaumont and original textures by Jan Visser, these textures sets in Royal Hellenic Air Force liveries require the base DC-3 package available from Mid Atlantic Air Museum Simulations (MAAM-SIM) at www.maam.org. This FSX repaint represents the PMDG 747-400X Queen of the Skies and the 1980's livery used by Continental Airlines.
The aircraft was hand painted using the PMDG paintkit and now features DDS DXT5 textures and updated night textures which increase the illumination of the fuselage and tail at night.
PMDG 747-400X for FSX required. See readme for important installation instructions and enjoy the repaint.

File Description:
IMPORTANT NOTE -- I just uploaded a file as well -- texture.67325.zip -- I forgot the alpha channel in the texture. Therefore I include that texture as well as this new one in a single package. My apologies for the inconvenience. Both readme's are included. BEFORE YOU SEND ME EMAIL -- please note that the "sloppiness" of the orange "tabs" on the wings and tail are usually hand done very quickly by the soldiers for training reasons. Compare this texture with photos of the actual aircraft and you will see what I mean, so the "sloppy texturing" on the orange marks were indeed done on purpose. Enjoy the repaint. This will be my last CO ANG paint for a while, as I am going to concentrate on actually flying for a bit.

Co. for Regional European Air Transport (German: Crossair AG für europäischen Regionalluftverkehr) was a regional airline headquartered on the grounds of EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg in Saint-Louis, Haut-Rhin, France, near Basel, Switzerland. It became Swiss International Air Lines after taking over most of the assets of Swissair following that airline's bankruptcy in 2002.
