File Description:
Curtiss C-46 Commando for AI Traffic. The C-46 first flew in 1940, serving most notably in the China-Burma-India theatre of WWII, although it also served in the Pacific and European theatres. Eclipsed by larger, pressurized propliners post-WWII, the C-46 was relegated into the cargo role, where it has aged very gracefully over the decades, with a few still in service here and there. I present an 8-LOD AI traffic model to bring this vintage transport aircraft to the flightsim world. This package includes eight models, 66 repaints, and Photoshop repainting resources. This is an FS9-native model, so it is compatible in FSX but not P3D. Aircraft model, flight dynamics, and repaints by Michael Pearson.

File Description:
This is an updated version of the same file name dated 1/28/04 and fixes issues reported by some but not all users. Please re-downloaded if you have experienced problems with the previous file.
Working with Dave Randolph has resulted in an updated version of his original C-123T. Besides a few minor fixes, it now sports a different panel and reworked flight dynamics. There is still the original paint scheme as before but also two new ones in the liveries of Ndoki Charters and Margarita Air Club. You will find a diverse cargo with each aircraft. This original model was made for FS2002 but I have done all of my repaint work in FS2004 and the model flies fine in that flight sim version as well. This package is a mashup which combines the
wonderfull C-46 by Libardo Guzman, Tom
Gibson and Greg Pepper, with the DC-3C
gauge set by Charles "Dutch" Owens. It
contains realistic failure code that will
cause both pilot induced and random system
failures and fires. This is a complete pkg
with aircraft, sound, VC and 5 panels.

This repaint features textures of the Nevada Air National Guard C-130H's based on the Simshed C-130 model. Base textures were borrowed from Ray Crivello's Hurricane Hunter scheme and modified by me with replacement roundels, recoloring/tinting, and unit markings and tail numbers. These aircraft feature 32-bit textures for the exterior and virtual cockpit, photo-realistic tails and accurate markings. Requires c130rda3.zip.

File Description:
This file contains two alternative textures for the freeware Douglas C-47 by Manfred Jahn and team. One set of textures depicts the C-47A PH-MAG in the colours of Martin's Air Charter (currently Martinair) as it looked in the period 1965 untill 1968. The second set are for the PH-DDZ "Doornroosje" from the Dutch Dakota Association in its current historic Martinair colours. I want to thank Manfred Jahn and his team for creating this beautiful model. For this repaint the excellent paintkit by Manfred Jahn and team was used.
