**Please note Microsoft has a max length for file names,but for no good reason also includes the complete file extension path words in this maximum!
For this reason, please download each Zip file directly to your(My Computer/(C) Drive -(In my case),unzip and view from here as well - thus keeping the file extension length as short as possible. Anywhere else and it increases the file extension length such that some files cannot be opened or viewed.
More modern computers may have corrected this problem.**

Two textures for David Maltbys DH-106 Comet 4C.
You need to download and install the latest version of the model fom his website www.dmflightsim.co.uk.
These textures in this package depict the only two Comet 4C in The USA. Westernair of Albuquerque acquired three Comet 4C from Mexicana in 1973. Two of them were refurbished and repainted and hoped to sell them complete to an airline. The third aircraft was never made flyable and remained in Mexico.
C/n 06424 (ex XA-NAR) became N888WA and purchased 1978 by Redmond Air, which intended to use the plane for charter flights from Washington State to Las Vegas. The Comet was delivered to Everett. But the plans came to nothing and the aircraft remains at Everett, preserved today for the Seattle Museum of Flight.
C/n 06425 (ex XA-NAS) became N999WA and purchased 1976 by Dick Drost for his "Naked City Nudist Colony" in Indiana. The Comet was flown from storage in Albuquerque to Chicago O'Hare. But never used by the Colony, it was scrapped in 1993 in Chicago.
Despite both Comets had not a flying career in the US, we have the chance to fly them in the Simulator now.

The NorthEastern USA Military AI Aircraft and Airbase Collection Part 1: 2006 Maine Military AI Aircraft and Airbases package is the first in a series of complete Military AI packages that will cover all the currently active military aviation units in the New England states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island along with New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. This first package includes represenative AI fixed and rotary wing aircraft for all the military aviation units currently operating in the state of Maine, AFCADs for Bangor International Airport (KBGR) and Naval Air Station Brunswick (KNHZ) and novel and unique demonstration flightplans utilizing all of the above. Complete AI versions or conversions of such aircraft as the USN P-3C, USNR C-130T, USN SH-60B, USN HH-1N, ME ANG KC-135E, ME ARNG UH-60A, ME ARNG/CD RAID OH-58R, OSACOM C-12D and VT ANG F-16C (refueling flight conversion) are included. My thanks to John Young for the use of a modification of his excellent KBGR scenery version 3 and to Henry Tomkiewicz, Mike Stone, Jordan Moore, Owen Hewitt and Rok Dolonec for the use of their excellent aircraft models. Ladies and gentlemen,tonight,it is the honor for me to introduce Project Opensky's " Gorgeous " Boeing 747-400 RR which I repainted ! As you know I started to trans my QF FSPainter's Boeing 747-400 RR to POSKY's Boeing 747-400 V3 RR. Today I finished. Many thanks to FSpainter to use his base texture of fuselage and my friends hiro and Karasu who check my errors of texture.
Complete with model, default panel and sound. Features include fully animated control surfaces, fully independent suspension, main gear steering, trim animation, opening passenger doors, opening cargo doors, dynamic flexing wings, animated tilting bogies, rolling wheels, animated thrust reversers, fully reflective textures ( each part has different degree of reflection based on material ), accurate flight dynamics ( accurate FDE with full profiles for wheels, tires, struts, leading/trailing struts, engine types ... Tested by real pilots.), newly re-defined individual part damage profiles, new FS2002 effects, accurate spoiler animation, detailed textures, full night lighting, visible landing lights from the cockpit, reflective cockpit windows, crash effects, transparent nav light lenses, newly re-defined individual part damage profiles. This is a North American Registry (N206RX) re-paint of the FREEWARE Cessna C206H Stationair VERSION 2.1 (Complete Aircraft) by Blue Sky Simulations, Roger Bonne & GUIDEE Francois-Denis. VERSION 2.1 has been reworked after reports of a few errors in the files. ALL ERRORS HAVE BEEN CORRECTED! This model has been throughly flight tested and flys like a dream! All textures are rendered in DXT-3 format for crisp texturing without sacrificing frame rates. Originally modeled for FS2004, this rendition of the sturdy aircraft has been modified to work within the FS-X platform. Includes customized panel and sound package by Peter Spanakos. Both an analog and Garmin G1000 glass panel versions have been included. ***** This file superceeds my earlier C206H Stationair (file name: c206_n206rx_v2.zip) and is recommended as a stand-alone download or a replacement for existing users of my previous version. The only difference is a self-installation program and corrected sound ***** This aircraft has no VC (Virtual Cockpit) and is meant to be flown with the 2-D panel only! This file is for FS-X only!
