USAAF B-24D 90th BG 5th AAF Not in Stock

File Description:
This B-24D-130-CO 42-41077 was produced at the Consolidated plant in San Diego. It was assigned to the 400th Bomb Sqdn, 90th Bomb Group, 5th AAF. It flew out of the Iron Range and Fenton Field in Australia. Its scheme is typical of early war deployment of the 90th BG. At a later point in its career, it was fitted with a nose turret from the modification center at Townsville. Textures only, requires the original PAYWARE Alpha-Sim aircraft.

Westair Boeing 737-700

File Description:
Westair Texture for the PMDG 737-700 without winglets. This is the texture only. You must own the PMDG 737NG package to use this texture. Westair was (!) a single plane company from the West France, based in Brest (LFRB). Their original plane was a Boeing 737-200 with 130 seats bought from Sabena. Westair was working with different other companies, e.g. Aigle Azur, another French company, which explain the small label and logo beside the doors. I hope you will enjoy it.

"The A319 CJ is a member of the A320 Family. In a typical busines layout you can be sure you're journey wil be comfortable. Douglas DC-6 sound.cfg V.3

File Description:
This sound.cfg replaces the one uploaded in August 2008. Both the interior and exterior sounds have been improved. Please replace the sound.cfg you already downloaded by this new one. In my search for a good sound for the Douglas DC-6/-6A/-6B/-6C, XC-112A/YC-112A, VC-118, the C-118A/R6D-1 series and the Canadair C-5, I struck on the fabulous soundpack for the beautiful Douglas A-26 Invader of Milton Shupe and the Sim-Outhouse Team, made by David C. Copley. Most of the wav-files in this soundpack are recordings of the Pratt & Whitney Double Wasp R-2800 engines of an A-26 Invader. Having studied the Invaders sound pack, I discovered that by ‘tweaking’ the sound.cfg, particularly with regard to the exterior sounds, it became possible to develop a good exterior DC-6 sound (4 engines). No changes were made to the wav-files, as I didn’t want to modify them; the wav-files just sound wonderful. In order to make your system reproduce the DC-6 sound, first download from www.sim-outhouse.com the great Douglas A-26 Invader package and enjoy flying that plane. Then copy the sound pack of the A-26 to the DC-6, and replace the existing sound.cfg by the revised one you just downloaded. This DC-6 sound has been tested in FS2004 only. Special thanks to David C. Copley who gave his permission to upload the modified sound.cfg as freeware, with limited distribution, at Sim-Outhouse.com and Avsim.com. GC Spitfire Wing Mission Pack

File Description:
This is a package of 26 missions for CFS3 which, if flown in chronological order, are meant to provide a mini-campaign which follows historical events. The missions trace the experiences of a hypothetical spitfire pilot from midsummer 1942 through to autumn 1943. There are two versions of the install program. One installs missions which use default planes only. The other installs missions which use the 1% planes. Also included are multiplayer versions of a few of the missions which remove the long flights before the action.

GC Battle for Europe

File Description:
This is a package of 46 missions for CFS3 which, if flown in chronological order, are meant to provide a mini-campaign which follows plausibly historical events. The missions trace the experiences of a hypothetical American pilot who starts flying with the RAF in the autumn of 1941, then transfers to the USAAF to fly spitfires, thunderbolts and mustangs based in Britain. The pilot's tour of active duty ends in the summer of 1944. The story is very loosely based on James Goodson's experiences in the RAF and in the 4th Fighter Group, as described in his autobiography "Tumult in the Clouds". There are two installers, one for missions using mostly stock planes and the other for only 1% planes. For either version you must separately download and install the Bf110g2 from the Ground Crew site (http://www.groundcrewdesign.com) and Herbie G's B17g mollie, 3us_b_17g from the WWII bomber list at avhistory (http://www.avhistory.org/scripts/Downloads3/downloadMain.asp?WW2Bombers/3us_b_17g.zip). All of the other planes used in the 1% version are also available at avhistory. It is also recommended to install the Nationality Expansion Kit, available with the cfs3 utilities at http://www.sim-outhouse.com.
