FS2004/FSX Lynx Air Boeing 737MAX8. Registration C-FTHF Fin#810 - Lynx Air Boeing 737MAX8 livery on the TDS Boeing 737 MAX8 V3 paint kit. Lynx Air ceased operations on February 26, 2024. It was another attempt at a low cost carrier operating in Canada that fails with the first flight under the Lynx Air name only taking place less than 24 months previous on April 7, 2022. Textures only; you will need to add to your existing TDS 737 MAX8 V3 file or download the latest version from TDS. The model does not include a VC. The detailed textures include full night lighting and ground vehicles. Repaint by Phillip Hughes.

| How to correctly use SimConnect in standalone applications in C++ |

File Description:
This is an article and a demonstration program for programmers.
This article describes the correct way to create a Windows application that uses SimConnect functions as C++ classes. "The correct way" involves the creation of a multi-threaded application with the exchange events between the main and working threads and encapsulation of the client thread, functions and structures of the SimConnect library in C++ classes.
Paying attention to points of principle, the process of creation client application is described. Some original solutions of the wrapping of the functions and data structures were applied. Detailed comments are present. The executable file is absent in the archive due to license restrictions. You can build it from the source code. There is a project for Visual Studio 2010 in attached archive.

This folder contains a repaint for version 3.14 of the Douglas C-47 by Manfred Jahn and colleagues in the colors of C-47A 42-92847 3X-W "That's All, Brother!"of the 438th TCG, based in Greenham Common, England. It was the aircraft that was the lead plane with the parachute droppings on the night of D-Day, dropping men of 502nd PIR of the 101st Airborne Division arond 00:48. It then returned to Greenham Common and later that day pulled a glider to Normandy to reinforce the 82nd Airborne Division. Later it evacuated wounded from France, took part in Operation Market Garden, flew supplies to Bastogne, took part in Operation Varsity, before returning to the US in 1945. It passed through the hands of several private owners, is rumoured to have flwon for the CIA, and was restored as an AC-47 gunship by the Aero heritage Museum in 2004.. In 2008 it went to Basler for conversion to a turboprop BT-67, when somebody recognised the significance of this aircraft. A kickstarter campaign secured the purchase by the Commemorative Air Force, who are planning to restore her to her D-Day configuration. I am very proud to present this detailed repaint of the PMDG Beechcraft B1900D in the new livery of Air Canada Alliance / Air Georgian. Air Georgian, based at Toronto Pearson International Airport (CYYZ), flies domestic and international routes as Air Alliance for Air Canada using the B1900D. Air Georgian has the 3rd largest B1900 fleet in the world with approximately 20 in service. It recently repainted several of these aircraft to match the new Air Canada livery. It looks quite striking on this little bird. I fly on this aircraft from my home airport, KMDT, to and from Toronto, Canada from time to time. All repainted textures in this package are 32-bit with no mipmaps. This is a textures only package. You must own the PMDG Express B1900D to enjoy this repaint.
