Helipad Update for Australia

File Description:
These files add the "H" to the helipads at the following airports (my previous versions not required) Adelaide(YPAD) Bankstown(YSBK) Cairns(YBCS) Canberra(YSCB) Melbourne(YMML) Perth(YPPH) and Sydney(YSSY) has lighted helipads 2&3, 3 is now in the correct position, most airports have minor improvments added especially YSSY and YMML.

Formerly known as EastLine, these flightplans included scheduled and charter passenger flightplans plus the cargo flightplans for the airlines IL76. Russian Sky are the principle Russian scheduled cargo operator between Russia and China. I have also included 2 flight for the recently started Moscow-Seoul flights but have had to add my own timings.

Ukraine Air Force Ilyushin Il-76 (2 variations); utilizing the Rulexy AI Il-76 model set from AVSIM.ru (10359_TrafficIl-76.zip). This is a new AI traffic model which includes the -TD, MD, A-50 AWACS, and the new Euro-friendly PS90 models. This file contains two repaints. Aircraft and base textures by Rulexy.
