FSX / FS2004 Southern Cross Fokker FVII/3m.
The 'Southern Cross' made the first crossing of the Pacific Ocean by an aircraft, flown by Charles Kingsford-Smith and a crew of three. They took off from Oakland, California on May 31, 1928, and arrived at Brisbane, Australia on June 19. The Southern Cross was, at the time, even more famous than Charles Lindberg's 'Spirit of St. Louis'. The Southern Cross is preserved today at Brisbane Airport. This package includes the aircraft model and ready-made flights you can use to recreate the 1928 experience. Improved version 2 model, modified to work with FSX as well as FS2004. By Jens B. (SMS-MD-11_Dutch_Package.zip) with VC which works well with these two repaints.
Also includes engine exhaust smoke coordinates which you can add to your
"aircraft.cfg" if you wish. Screenshots enclosed. Easy installation.

Many will recognize the Samson twin rotor from the film "Avatar". Although fictional, this is a highly believable flying machine and Nemeth have created a model that you can fly in the here and now of FSX. This is a fictitious repaint of the SA-2 by Nemeth Designs as the Canadian Armed Forces new CH-150. This SAR aircraft is depicted as belonging to 103 Search and Rescue Squadron based at CFB Gander.
