File Description:
This is a repaint of the DC-9-14 in Alisarda colors. The freeware Eagle Rotorcraft Simulations' (George Arana) DC-9-10 native FSX conversion with VC, of Erick Cantu's DC-9-10, is needed for this repaint (Link provided). The textures are 32bit DDS. It was tested on FSX-SE, but should work on FSX & P3Dv3. Alisarda took purchase of two DC-9-14s from Delta Airlines, I-SARJ and I-SARV, both of which were delivered on 11 January 1974. These DC-9-14s were among the first Douglas produced DC-9s that were delivered to Delta Airlines in 1966. With 88 seats and a much longer reach than the Fokker F-27s, the DC-9s were used for charter flights to West Germany. A new color scheme was also introduced with the introduction of the DC-9s. The green with white was replaced by a red with blue and yellow color scheme. In addition to the two DC-9s, the only remaining F-27; I-SARQ, was also equipped with this new color scheme. The DC-9s were eventually replaced by leased DC-9-50s in 1981.

| Doherty's Difficult and Dangerous Approaches - Volume 14 |
|
File Description:
FS 2004 Doherty's Difficult and Dangerous Approaches - Volume 14. I am constantly amazed by the high number of simmers that restrict their flying activities to small localized areas, never venturing much further than their own backyards. I can't help thinking that these simmers miss out on some truly great flying experiences by confining themselves to such limited parameters. If nothing else, Doherty's Difficult and Dangerous Approaches will get you out more! Whether you are simply a local pilot flying within your own well-worn neighborhood, or a demanding adventurous international aviator, there's something for everyone in these volumes. For the new simmer I have included some very easy approaches, and for the army of case-hardened veterans who think they has seen and done it all - let me tell you now - you haven't! I'll introduce you to approaches that will leave you absolutely flabbergasted - and may I add, begging for more! Each volume contains (10) difficult and dangerous approaches which are set up for you – all you have to do is fly them! I have also included a ~ (STAR) ~ approach in each volume - which is a gem of an approach that will thrill and amaze you. If you've always wanted to know where all the difficult and dangerous approaches could be found in MSFS 2004, but never new where to look, I've discovered them all - and now I'm sharing them with you. Check out Doherty's Difficult and Dangerous Approaches - by Michael Doherty - you won't be disappointed.
