The original aircraft (dc4_v10.zip) is available at www.Avsim.com and www.Flightsim.com. This represents Trans Australia Airlines DC-4 VH-TAB as it would have appeared 1946-1948. Wenela got its name from the Witwatersrand Native Labour Association, which provided laborers for the South African mining industry. They were formed in 1952 with Africair as the operating company using DC-3's. Wenela was based and maintained its aircraft at Francistown and stopped operating in 1978. 42-72273 (c/n 10378/DC109). Bought TF-ISE from Icelandair on 22 March 1958 and registered as ZS-CJA. Reregistered March 1961 to Wenela Rhodesia as VP-YSS. Reregistered October 1968 to Wenela Botswana as A2-ZES. Sold to Agence et Messageries Aeriennes du Zaire (AMAZ) on 17 May 1977 registered as 9Q-CAN. Textures only. You will require Jens B. Kristensen's Douglas DC-4 model (DC4_V30.ZIP). Repaint by Andre Reimers.

File Description:
Air Atlantique Douglas DC-6A Liftmaster, Reg. Id. G-APSA, c/n 45497/995, as seen in September 2007 at Lelystad and Hamburg Airport Days. Shows vintage livery of KLM PH-TGA named "Dr. Ir. M.H. Damme” as the original PH-TGA participated in the 1953 London-Christchurch Air Race. The DC-6A was an extended DC-6 with cargo doors and a reinforced floor for carrying cargo. Textures only. Original by Greg Pepper and Tom Gibson, flight dynamics by FSAviator, repainted by Hans U. Hermann (Virtual Birds Factory)

| Douglas VC-118-DO 'The Independence' |

File Description:
Built at Santa Monica, CA (c/n 42881/29) as the personal aircraft of President Harry S. Truman. It was named 'The Independence' after President Truman's home town in Missouri. The aircraft was delivered on 1 July 1947 and served from 4 July 1947 on as a presidential aircraft till 1953 when Gen. Dwight Eisenhower became President of the USA. It seems that the rather special paint job was based on an idea by President Truman himself. 46-0505 served on as a general VIP transport till 1966 when it was donated to the Smithonian Institute for preservation. It is on loan to the Air Force Museum at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. 'The Independence' could accommodate for 24 day or 12 sleeper passengers (in the main cabin). It had a luxurious State Room aft of the passenger door. Usually there was a crew of eight. It is featured here in its original tan, blue and metal livery. You will require Jens B. | USAAF Douglas XC-112A/YC-112A |

File Description:
In order to meet a USAAF requirement for an improved version of the C-54 Skymaster, Douglas proposed in July 1944 a simple development of the C-54E, combining its unpressurised fuselage with 2100 hp Pratt & Whitney R-2800 C series engines: the XC-112. Soon this idea was dropped in favour of the stretched and pressurised XC-112A. The XC-112A made its first flight on 15 February 1946 and was in fact the prototype of the civil DC-6. Following the first initial testing the aircraft was delivered on 22 June 1946 to the USAAF, designated YC-112A, where it flew 9 years before starting a 21 years spanning commercial career as a DC-6. File Description:
Here is the FS98 version of Val-U-Prop's flagship - the Douglas DC-3. Aircraft flies beautifully, and has way-cool nightlit cabin and cockpit views. Gets extremely good FPS, and is very metallic. Panel features everything on main panel, except for ACS-GPS (not included), which has its own pop-up window. Also has excellent forward visibility, due to building it from scratch with a large overhead display. From an original by Frans Vranken, repainted and with new flight dynamics, gauges and panel bitmap by James Underwood. From Val-U-Prop - where no job is too small; no fee is too large.

FS2004 Royal Netherlands Air Force KDC-10-30 v2 based on the DC-10 model by SGA. Old and new colour textures for the SGA DC-10-30 of the RNLAF and the T-235 60th anniversary of 334 Sqn. This includes all the upgrades uptill present with this RNLAF KDC-10-30. Includes the T-264 and T-235 in the old and new colours. Recommend the SGA soundpack (sgacf6.zip) and panel (sgadcpnl.zip). Repaint by Sean Kneppers.
