| NIGAT & KNILM Douglas C-54A ** UPDATED VERSION ** |

This package contains three repaints for Jens B. Kristensen's FS2004 Douglas DC-4 & C-54 V3.0. In 1946 four ex-USAAF C-54A's were delivered by the USA to the Netherlands Indies Government Air Transport service (NIGAT) and based at Kemayoran near Batavia (now Indonesia's capital Jakarta). Initially they wore military serials, but soon civil registrations were allotted (PK-DSA, PK-DSB, PK-DSC and PK-DSD). Very soon they were chartered by the "reborn" KNILM Royal Netherlands Indies Airways for the weekly service between Batavia and Los Angeles. However, this service lasted only a very few months. By August 1947, when KNILM ceased to exist and was integrated into KLM, the C-54A's were taken over by KLM as PH-TSA through PH-TSD. Their career with KLM was shortlived, as they were sold to airlines elsewhere. Featured are the C-54A's PK-DSB with KNILM titles, PK-DSC with Netherlands Government Air Transport titles, and PK-DSD with NIGAT titles. These are textures only. They replace the textures released in 2013 which have turned out to be in the wrong colour, a problem if one only had a very few, bad quality b/w pictures as a source. You will need the FS2004 Douglas DC-4 & C-54 (DC4_V30.ZIP).

This is a repaint of the Bristol 175 Britannia 312F in Lloyd International colors. You need the freeware Bristol Britannia by Jens B Kristensen. Lloyd International Airways Ltd was a private, British independent airline formed in 1961 to operate worldwide charter flights. It commenced operations with a single Douglas DC-4. In the mid-1960s, the airline began re-equipping its fleet with Bristol Britannias. Boeing 707s were introduced into the Lloyd International fleet in the early 1970s for passenger and freight charters to North America and the Far East. Lloyd International ceased operations in June 1972, due to financial problems, and government intransigence. This repaint is of G-AOVS, in 1965. Textures are 32bit dds. This aircraft was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & P3D v1-3

Textures only for the Greg Pepper DC-6 available at www.calclassic.com. International Airlines was a non scheduled carrier based at Burbank, California and West Berlin. It operated from 1962 to 1967. You should have the most current version of the DC-6 as this uses the international model with navigators position.

This aircraft crashed near Darwin Australia on 26-3-1947. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom for Manfred Jahn's C-47 version 3.14, based on the paintkit by Gman5250.

This folder contains a repaint for version 3.14 of the Douglas C-47 by Manfred Jahn and colleagues in the colors of PH-PBA. It was built as c/n 19434 and went to the 8th Air Force as 42-100971. She served among other during Operation Market Garden. After the war, she was obtained by Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands and registered as PH-PBA in 1946. In 1947, the Rijksluchtvaartdienst (RLD, Civil Aviation Authoroties) took her on charge, and from then on she served as the first Dutch Government aircraft, used mainly to fly the Dutch Royal family, often with Prince Bernhard as pilot. In 1961 she was replaced by a Fokker F-27, but continued to be used by the RLD, in the paintscheme presented here. In 1975, she was transferred to the Aviodome museum at Schiphol airport, where she stood outside for 20 years. Prince Bernhard always lobbied for a return to airworthiness for PH-PBA, and in 1995 she reappeared on the Dutch register. She is currently flying with the Dutch Dakota Association, in a combined KLM - Air France paintscheme. This folder contains a repaint for P3Dv4.5 PBR version of the Douglas C-47 by Manfred Jahn and colleagues in the colors of C-47 #36 of the French Navy (Aeronavale). Originally c/n9798 42-23936 it flew with the USAAF in North Africa and later in the ETO. It took part in D-Day, Market Garden and Operation Varsity, dropping parachutists. After WW2 it went to Ceskoslovenske Aeroline as OK-WDU and between 1958 and 1983 with the French navy as #36. It later went to Stellair and Transvalair in France as F-GEOM, before going to the UK as G-OFON with Classic Airways and later Air Atlantique. After a stint with South Coast Airways, it went to the Aviodrome in the Netherlands in 2006, where unfortunately it was left outside without protection. When the Aviodrome went bankrupt it went to Classic Wings, who are currently restoring it for static display in the Museum in Overloon. Branniff Douglas DC-8-32 Jellybean Blue circa 1970. Updated textures only for the payware Just Flight DC8 Jetliner series 10 to 40 with Service Pack 1 installed which changed the location of the windows. This file supersedes braniff_blue_-32.zip that is prior to the release of the Service Pack 1 update which changed the location of the windows. The photo used for reference was of a -62 series and this repaint reflects its "N" number. This is the first of the whole Jellybean color series that I hope to have uploaded in the near future.
