Douglas DC-6 Freighter - Ragged

File Description:
This is a fictitious repaint of DC-6B. This aircraft has had a hard life as depicted by the constant respray of primers, etc. However, this airplane is also a performer and is not bogged down by maintenance problems. You will notice that it was originally used by United, but has been modified for use as a freighter and has been passed around to different companies over the years. Treat her well and she will do anything you ask. The original aircraft by Tom Gibson and Greg Pepper is required.

Douglas XC-47C Amphibian Transport

File Description:
The Douglas XC-47C Amphibian Transport is a free add-on for MAAM-SIM R4D/DC-3 CD owners. This download requires previous installation of that package before the self-installer will operate. This 1943 prototype was equipped with huge Edo 78 floats with retractable landing gear. It led to a handful of C-47's with field installed pontoons serving in the Pacific and Alaskan theaters. The R4D/DC-3 CD may be obtained from www.maam.org.

File Description: This folder contains a repaint for version 3.14 of the Douglas C-47 by Manfred Jahn and colleagues in the colors of MATS 43-16062, which crashed at Isachsen weather station on Ellef Ringnes Island, Nunavut, Canada in 1949.
