The aircraft, originally built in 1939 was damaged beyond repair in an a takeoff accident in 1987. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom for Manfred Jahn's C-47 for P3Dv4.5, with PBR, Rivet and bump detail by Ted (Tufun) Wolfgang."

The Museum of Flight in Seattle has DC-3 N138D on display, but painted as NC91008. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom for Manfred Jahn's C-47 version 3.14, based on the paintkit by Gman5250.
