These are DIAS AIR International Virtual Airlines (www.diasair.gr) fictional textures for the astonishing PMDG MD-11 addon for FS9!!!. Includes the registration SX-CMT named "MINOS".DIAS AIR is an international virtual company established in 2006, by an Airline Captain, Pilot Instructor and Examiner, only for very advanced members of the Flight Simmers Community. The organization utilises a sophisticated model for the simulation of the Economical & Technical environment of a real Aviation Company. Our pilot members are paid by an exclusive model using the "OCTANES" payment system, and not only! Our flight operations are global and cover all 5 continents. Our fleet includes 35 different types of aircraft for Microsoft Flight Simulator™. The dynamic site is updated on a daily basis. Our pilot ranks begin from Junior First Officer up to Senior Captain of the Company. We also use a private FORUM and a TeamSpeak Server for our member pilots. File Description:
This is a spreadsheet that models a fictitious air ambulance company based in the North East of the USA. You are a Junior Captain who has started working for an air ambulance company called MedEvac Services. With a home base at Albany, NY, this company operates a single B200 to some 64 destination airfields in the North East of the USA. The company uses just one captain (you) and several co-pilots. All pilots earn salaries based on an hourly rate but only you get an additional profits-related bonus.
The spreadsheet will randomly create a variety of assignments at different times of day, with two- or three-leg operations involving patient transfers and organ transplant transits plus a host of operational and financial challenges thrown in. Your aim is to fulfil your assignments and fly your aircraft as well as possible in order to earn money and gain points. As your points increase, so will your rank, hourly rate and bonus percentage. Either you can see how quickly you can attain the most senior rank or see how much money you can earn in a set period of time. The challenge is up to you!

| P-51D 31st FG/308th FS HL-N 'Flying Dutchman' |

File Description:
In December 1943, Robert Goebel was assigned as a Replacement Pilot to the Mediterranean Theatre of Operations. He shipped out to North Africa and arrived at Oran, Algeria. He was assigned to the Supermarine Spitfire equipped 31st Fighter Group of the 12th Air Force and was checked out in the Spitfire at Telergma. As he joined the 31st FG at Castel Volturno, Italy on April 1, 1944, the Group had started a transition to the North American P-51B Mustang and its main mission changed from Close Support of front-line troops to Fighter Escort for the heavy bombers of the 15th Air Force. Lt. Goebel was assigned to the 308th Fighter Squadron. Eventually, the 31st FG were equipped with the P-51D-model Mustangs. Captain Goebel flew 61 combat missions from the 31st FG's base at San Severo, Italy including one of the FRANTIC Russian Shuttle missions. He led the 308th FS into combat seven times and the entire 31st FG into battle twice. Captain Goebel, still only 21 years old, rotated home to the USA as a highly decorated fighter ace with 11 aerial victories.

This folder contains three repaints for the Warbirdsim P-51D Little Friends package, in the colors of 3 P-51D's of the 335th FS, 4th FG, based in Debden, UK, in March 1945. Included are:
P-51D-20NA 44-63166 "Ridge Runner II", the second aircraft called Ridge Runner flown by Major Pierce W. McKennon. This was the aircraft in which he was shot down near Neubrandenburg on the 18th of March 1945. Captain George Green landed in a field and picked up his CO in his aircraft WD-M, and both flew back to the UK.;
P-51D-10NA 44-14557 "The Duchess", the aircraft of Major William O'Donnell
P-51D-20NA 44-6373 "Suzon", the aircraft of Captain George D. Green. He was flying this aircraft on 18 March 1945 when he saw his CO, Maj. McKennon bail out near Neubrandenburg and land in a field. He landed his aircraft in the field as well, threw out his parachute, and both pilots squeezed in the cockpit, took off and flew back to the UK.

This folder contains a repaint for the P_47D-25 Bubbletop by Aeroplane Heaven, in the colors of P-47D-30-RA 44-33252 #27 "Ole Baldy"as flown by Capt John Batten of the 525th FS, 86th FG, Italy 1944-45. When he was still a lieutenant, Capt was already suffering from a receding hairline, so naturally his squadron mates called him "Baldy". When he was promoted to captain, this became "Ole Baldy". Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Aeroplane Heaven.

This skin is the Lockheed P-38H Lightning "42-56764" "Piss Pot Pete" of Captain Don Bellows, of the 431st Fighter Squadron of the 475th Fighter Group, based at Dobodura, New Guinea, August 1943.
Thanks to WOLF257 for creating the P-38, and for enhancing our SF WW2 experience. And much thanks go to AVSIM for hosting.
I have included a new prop sound file for the loading screen, use it if you want. IMHO it adds to the immersion for your SF ww2 experience.

From the Ultimate RealATC Collection for Radar Contact and Enviro! Flight 425 was a commercial airlines flight from Vienna Austria (LOWW) to Nice, France (LFMN). The entire flight was recorded from in the cockpit and is captured in the 176-.wav files included in this .zip file. It's all included - checklists, ATIS, cabin announcements, takeoff briefing, approach briefing and all the interaction of the Captain and First Officer. Released as Freeware to the FS Community. Use the files as you like.
