FSX and FS2004 Boeing 247D. The Boeing 247 was a trend setter in the early 1930’s. It was the first airliner to have an all-metal, stressed-skin, low-drag airframe and a retractable landing gear. Even when the bigger and better DC-2 and DC-3 arrived, the 247’s continued to give excellent service over the next 20 years. Flight dynamics by FSAviator. Version 3.0 model for FS2004, with improved flight dynamics, more accurate model and more details in the virtual cockpit. Model by Jens B. Kristensen. For FS2004 only, FSX users should download DC4_V30X.zip instead. First release had a texture error, this is corrected here.

File Description:
FSX Boeing 307 Stratoliner ver 1.1. The Boeing 307 was the first pressurized airliner. Because of the war, only 10 were built, initially for Pan American and TWA (and a special version for Howard Hughes). Five versions are included here, in PanAm and TWA colours as well as Airnautic and Aigle Azur. This version 1.1 is for FSX only, and has been modified to work correctly with all versions of FSX. File Description:
FSX Douglas DC-6 ver 2.0. This package includes the DC-6 in its earliest form with short nose (no weather radar) and round-tipped Curtiss Electric propellers as delivered to the first DC-6 customers in 1946-48. The later aircraft had the more well-known, square-tipped 'paddle' propellers, and this version is included as well. Most, if not all, of the early DC-6's were later modernized to this standard, and many (especially from the U.S. operators) had weather radar installed in a longer nose. This package contains most variants, including liveries for American, United, Delta, Panagra, SAS, Sabena and KLM, nine aircraft in all. The KLM repaint is by Maarten Brouwer. Model by Jens B.
