FRENCH POLYNESIA TUAMOTU ARCHIPELAGO update for SP2 Download

File Description:
This patch improves the issues introduced by FSX SP2. The issues of my scenery are as follows; 1. The transparency of 3D objects don't work. 2. The flatten of runways doesn't function correctly. This patch requires the Tuamotu-X_A (fpta-xa.zip) and Tuamotu-X_B (fpta-xb.zip). By Kazuo Kawamura

ParkingSpecs Codes for the Default FS2004 Airlines Download

File Description:
The Default airlines in FS2004 don't have any 'parking codes' assigned to them. Here are some fictional codes for those airlines, so you can now assign specific gates to them, for use in your traffic. Only the main carriers - American Pacific, Airwave, Global Freightways, Landmark, Orbit, Soar, Pacifica and World Travel Airlines are assigned codes. The codes are made up of 4 letters so as not to conflict with real world airline codes.

Boeing 707 for AI Traffic (DWAI Models) Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
Boeing 707 for AI Traffic (DWAI Models). This is the P3Dv4.5/5.2 conversion of Dee Waldron's entire 707 family for AI traffic, with permission kindly given by Dee Waldron. These models are intended as a stop-gap measure until a new 707 family specifically modeled for the 64-bit sims comes along, and I may have something to do with that this fall. This package has all seven of Dee's original models, and includes 707-120/B, 707-138, 707-320/420, 707-320BC, and 720-020/B. I have also added in a small collection of the paints I have done over the years. Seven main aircraft variants with a total of twelve models and 55 repaints are included here. This is only meant to get the AI 707 into the 64-bit sims, and I pretty much did straight conversions without too many upgrades. However, these aircraft, with special instructions included, are compatible with all prior paints available in the usual places. Original aircraft by Dee Waldron et. al, MCX and RADiator utilites by Arno Gerretsen, P3Dv4/5 conversion and all release repaints by Michael Pearson.

Streamlined panel for Grumman Goose G-21 Download

File Description:
This panel streamlines the cockpit and virtual cockpit (VC) views in Lynn and Bill Lyons' Grumman Goose G-21 (cc9g21f2.zip). Why mess with perfection, you might ask? I like the Goose a lot: it's elegant, versatile, and has great views for VFR sightseeing. But on my system, the virtual cockpit's a bit sluggish. There's nothing wrong here with the airplane: it's just what happens when you try to run a complex piece of software on old hardware. Rather than give up, I decided to reduce the number of gauge objects, first in the cockpit (which I don't use very much anyway) and then in the virtual cockpit (which is where you should be flying this great old bird anyway). I also eliminated some of the hotspots. With fewer gauge objects, there are more system resources left over for the sim. The result, on my system, is smoother flying. While I was at it, I also replaced the magnetic compass with a VOR gauge. I know that's unrealistic, but that's what I did.

Vancouver Default Object Corrections for Ultimate Terrain Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
The default shorelines that come with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 are inaccurately placed. Consequently roads and other features are misplaced. Ultimate Terrain (R) from Flight One Software corrects this, however the Microsoft default objects are then misplaced. This software corrects the Lions Gate Bridge, Canada Place, Harbour Centre, Burrard Bridge, Science World and BC Place Stadium. Further it excludes a number of generic MS buildings that are now placed in False Creek. For developers, the XML code is included. Users may delete this file. Ultimate Terrain required. Landscape Enhancements for Ultimate Terrain Canada/Alaska Download

File Description:
This is a re-issue of my previously published landscape enhancement packages for parts of Southeast Alaska, British Columbia, Alberta, and Washington State. These files have been edited and adjusted to be fully compatible with FlightOne's "Ultimate Terrain: Canada/Alaska" product. Also, I have adjusted some of Ultimate Terrain's lake and river elevations to better fit new third-party add-on mesh files, such as the "Cordillera" mesh by FS Genesis and my freeware mesh files made for the individual coverage areas. Please note: A registered copy of "Ultimate Terrain: Canada/Alaska is required!!!
