WashDCX beta for FSX

File Description:
WashDCX beta is a complete upgrade to the default FSX Washington D.C. scenery. You will find included in this download: Satellite images; traffic files; and additional significant landmarks and buildings surrounding the downtown National Mall area. See the Readme file for a complete list. I have imported several models from Google Sketchup taking great care to minimize drawcalls for each one. Although all models may not appear "perfect" in the beta version, I have shown it can be done and it is something that can be improved on. You will find a drastic improvement of flying over Washington D.C. when compared to the default FSX scenery. This is the first beta release. AITP-X for FSX

File Description:
One year on, and AITP is back! This time, AITP-X is specifically aimed at FSX users. The program alters the time limitations imposed by FSX on AI aircraft. If an AI aircraft is holding short, or stopped, for whatever reason, then FS will automatically "kill" that aircraft after exactly 5 minutes. This can be quite visually irritating if you are holding behind these aircraft and they keep popping into thin air, or for example if you enjoy spotting your collection of AI traffic. HUD Parameters for FSX

File Description: HUD_Parameters.lua is a Lua script that displays flight parameters in a small text window that pops up when the script is selected by an assigned key or button if the aircraft is in the air. Parameters displayed are: • Indicated Airspeed (IAS. Kts) • True Airspeed (TAS, Kts) • Ground Speed (GS, Kts) • Mach# (when above a user settable altitude, currently 25000ft) • Altitude (ALT, ft) • Radio Altitude (RA, ft) • Vertical Speed (VS, ft/min) • Vertical Speed per Nautical Mile (VS/NM, ft/NM) • Attitude Indicator pitch (AI, degrees) • Flight Path Angle (FPA, degrees) The top of the script contains user settable values for the size and location of the display, the altitude above which the a/c Mach# will be displayed (default is 25000ft), the data update interval in milliseconds (default is 2000), and whether or not data is to be logged in HUD_Parameters.log (default is 0, off). These values can be set using a text editor like NotePad. A registered copy of FSUIPC is required to execute the Lua script. Simply copy the script to the Modules folder of FSX and use FSUIPC4 to assign a key, button or switch to toggle the script on and off. The script turns off if the aircraft is on the ground. File Description:
UK Refineries For FSX. This scenery contains the Oil Refineries and Petrochemicals Plants, situated in England and Wales, industrial installations that can be readilly seen, from the air, and which tend to enhance the realism of the landscape. This scenery is a complete rework of the earlier version that was designed to be compatible with FS9 and FS2002. This version is NOT compatible with FS9 or FS2002. The scenery has been designed to be compatible both with the original VFR GM photoscenery for the UK and with the current Horizon photoscenery for FSX, covering the same area.
