F-16C tailcode WA 89-2048 "WRAITH" Black Aggressor textures for payware Aerosoft F-16.
This repaint is for the Nellis All-Black "Wraith" Aggressor, F-16C #89-2048, 64th AGSR SQ.
I've included the "aircraft.cfg" for installation into the following TWO models, the "Aerosoft F-16C Clean", and "Aerosoft F-16C 9-9-131" (ECM Pod fitted).
FYI...If you wanted to use these textures in any of your 1 or 2 tank models with the drag chute on the tail (or any of the F-16AM models) I've made sure these will work there as well. ;)

This is an aerodynamic performance upgrade for the payware Aerosoft F-16 (the download version, NOT the version available through Steam...you can't "upgrade" that one!). Simply put, this upgrade will make ALL 21 of your Aerosoft F-16 models AWESOME fun to fly in FSX! I went through and individually "tuned up" ALL of the aircraft models that come with the Aerosoft purchase/download (excluding the 2 AI jets), so now ALL "CAT-I" models can pull & maintain 9g, all "CAT-III" models can pull & maintain 7g. Each jet can perform quick, precise aerobatic maneuvers and still be smooth and easy to fly while mid-air refueling or just cruising at altitude.
A few more "upgraded" performance capabilities include...
Maintain 7g in "CAT-3" model jets, 9g in "CAT-1" model jets (tested at 500kts and 10,000')
Realistic Roll Rate
Max Speed w AB @ 40,000' (Clean) - Mach 1.8+
Max Speed Mil Power @ Sea Level (Clean) - Mach 0.95
Cruise Speed - Mach 0.80
...and MUCH MORE!
I've streamlined the installation/upgrade process so it will only take a few minutes of easy cut/paste/replace work to get your F-16's upgraded and ready to fly!

This package contains SIX Ukraine Air Force textures for the Aerosoft F-16! Since Ukraine doesn't have F-16's yet, these are "fictional" repaints based on existing Ukrainian Su-27 and Mig-29 paint schemes that I "transposed" onto the F-16. I painted four in "Digital Camo" and two in "Regular Camo", and I was even able to custom-paint the "Rescue" decals under the cockpit in Cyrillic thanks to some close-up pics I found online.

Aerosoft made an awesome-looking airplane with realistic cockpit details, cool g-vapor effects, but the way it flew was...well, not so great...until NOW. With this "VIPER 2.0" upgrade, your Aerosoft F-16 will fly like the REAL THING! 9g turns, 8-Point Rolls, Double Immelmans, Cuban-8's, etc, etc, etc. Cue up your favorite F-16 demo on YouTube and follow along! Or, head out to your favorite mountain region and enjoy zooming through the canyons at 500 feet and 500kts! (the Alps north of Aviano AB are awesome fun!). After this upgrade your Aerosoft F-16 will be one fun-to-fly flight sim jet!
**For those of you who downloaded and installed my first "VIPER Upgrade" about two years ago, the improvements in this version are...
Adjusted Rudder/Nose Wheel steering sensitivity for a softer, more realistic "feel" while taxiing & flying.
Ailerons have a "smoother/softer touch" for those tiny adjustments made on final approach
Adjusted drag factors on spoilers, flaps and gear to get optimal final approach AOA, airspeed and better "throttle authority".
