File Description:
US Airways is a major U.S. airline owned by the US Airways Group, headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. It operates an extensive international and domestic network, with 198 destinations throughout North America, South America, Europe, and the Middle East. The airline is a member of the Star Alliance Network and utilizes a fleet of 346 mainline jet aircraft and 285 regional jet and turbo-prop aircraft. The carrier operates the US Airways Shuttle, a US Airways brand which provides hourly service between Boston, New York and Washington, D.C. Regional airline service is branded as US Airways Express, operated by contract and subsidiary airline companies. American Airlines and US Airways announced plans to merge, creating the largest airline in the world.
US Airways P.S. livery is painted on Project Airbus's Airbus A319-112 model (included). The textures are saved in 32bit format for quality graphics. Textures are also characterized by HD (High Definition). Its features are idle-reverser animation, animated pack vents and pressurisation outflow valve, detailed textures, accurate paint, dynamic shine & effects, dynamic flexing wings that respond to turbulence, fully independent suspension, trim animation, gear steering, accurate flight dynamics, spoiler animation, reflective cockpit windows, improved wingflex code with input from several new parameters including ground spoilers, fuel load, and angle of attack, transparent navigation light lenses and many more. This folder contains a repaint for the P_47D-25 Bubbletop by Aeroplane Heaven, in the colors of P-47D-25-RA 42-8601 #11 "Stump Lifter", as flown by Lt Benny Flake of the 525th FS, 86th FG. The painting on the left hand side was of a moviestar, Marilyn Maxwell, with the name "Miss Tennessee". The name 'Stump Lifter' on the right side stems from that fact that one of Lt Flakes friends, Lt. Riley Stewart said that his bombs never hit their target and that all he ever saw during sorties with Lt Flake were large tree stumps flying through the air. Lt. Stewart paid the squadron's artist to put the "stump lifter" art on Lt Flake's cowling without his permission, but he came to like it over time. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Aeroplane Heaven.

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A North American T-6 Texan/Harvard in the colors of North American T-6G s/n 51-5033 of the French Air Force EALA 11/72, La Reghaia, Algeria, 1960. The Marsupilami logo was a first attempt for the units logo, but it was only used on 3 aircraft before it was decided to go with a leopard logo. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

File Description:
Boeing Multi-Mission Maritime Aircraft, based upon the 737-800W model by Tsutomo Urakawa. This is the future of maritime patrol, ostensibly to replace the capable but aged P-3 Orion series of aircraft. This package contains representative textures for the U.S. Navy squadron VP-11 "Pegasus". This aircraft is painted in 32-bit textures with modified light map, and is for flying or AI traffic. Aircraft and base textures by Tsutomo Urakawa.

File Description:
F-4S 157293 (DC 11) of VMFA-122 "Crusaders" stationed at MCAS Beaufort in 1985. This aircraft is credited with shooting down a Mig-21 on June 21, 1972 while operating as an F-4J assigned to VF-31 aboard the USS Saratoga (note the star on the port splitter plate). Pilot was CDR Sam Flynn and RIO (Radar Intercept Officer) was LT. Bill John. Probably not exact, just the work of a Phormer Phantom Phixer from VMFA-321 and VMFP-3 having some Phun. Thanks to John Detrick for allowing me to use his base textures and also Gus Robatto for allowing me to use his Tex2 texture. © ALPHA Simulations 2004\n\n

TDS Boeing P-8A Poseidon Royal Australian Air Force - Number 11 Squadron is a Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) maritime patrol squadron based at RAAF Base Edinburgh, South Australia, as part of No. 92 Wing. Currently flying the P-3 Orions, they will receive the P-8 since all P3s are to be replaced. This is not fictional but instead my rendering of what it may look like. Model design by Hiroshi Igami. Flight dynamics design by Nick Wilkinson and David Biggar. Master textures by Kyle Schurb.
