| Air China Boeing 747SP 'B-2452' |

First flew in July 11, 1980 and delivered to CAAC. In 1988, the aircraft was transferred over to Air China with the split of CAAC. Today B-2452 flies with Pratt&Whitney to test their engines as N747UT. This aircraft was modeled by Project OpenSky. No sounds included. This aircraft also works on FSX.

Although C-1 was developed by NAMC which developed YS-11, in subsequent development, Kawasaki manufactured the mass-produced type. In the feature, 31 sets were manufactured for the outstanding motility and outstanding short-take-off-and-landing(STOL) capability.
Moreover, the airplane for electronic warfare training converted based on C-1 is EC-1.

True to the Valujet livery, these planes were on order to the Valujet company, just before the disaster that had them in dire straights... Reformed, with the Airtran merger , these planes never saw the Valujet livery,,, but I changed all of that lol. For all the UPS VA pilots out there here I added more cargo parking on the north side where the real UPS building is and added other cargo spots at the south cargo area, plus GA on the NE side of the field. I did use the Airport map provided by Rockford but its only a rough sketch. Maybe I'll update it even more later, it is my first AFCAD. Enjoy

Reg. ID N87, msn 22187, ex U.S. Army Air Force
Douglas C-54D-15-DO Skymaster. Flight
inspection aircraft of U.S. Federal Aviation
Agency (1959-1967) in colors of 1963. Used as
a calibrator for international flight inspection
when checking and calibration navaids and instrument
procedures, including ILS, VOR, DME, TACAN, NDB,
various radars and airports. This repaint is
dedicated to James E. Creed (+2001), who between 1956
and 1975 was a flight inspection pilot at CAA/FAA
and later chief of FAA's flight inspection offices
in Japan (Tokyo/Tachikawa) and Germany (Frankfurt/
Rhine-Main-office). Although Jim type rated in many
aircraft the DC-4 was his favorite. His last DC-4
flights were with aircraft registered N87 on July
18/19/20 in 1963. Textures only. Original model
(DC4_v10.zip) by Jens B. Kristensen must be installed.
