This file contains alternative textures for the freeware Douglas C-47 by Manfred Jahn and team. These textures depict the C-47 from the Dutch Military Aviation Museum in Soesterberg. This aircraft has been on display in front of the museum for over 25 years. For this repaint the excellent paintkit by Manfred Jahn and team was used.

This is a repaint of Arik Hohmeyer's & Chris Grabow's
FS2004 DC-4/C-54 (FS-Design Berlin) by Dale DeLuca.
Requires dc44paa.zip or another base DC-4 of FS-Design Berlin.

Version 1.23 update for the TinMouse II panel. Requires a full install of the V1.2 panel with both v1.21 and v1.22 updates installed. This folder contains a repaint for P3Dv4.5 PBR version of the Douglas C-47 by Manfred Jahn and colleagues in the colors of C-47A-20-DK VH-BAA of Brain & Brwon Airfreighters. C/n 13084 42-93199 flew with the RAAF as A65-49 VH-CIE before joining Qantas in 1946 as VH-EAL, EBH and EBW. It went to Brain & Brown in 1960 and flew with them until 1979. It was then taken to the Warbirds Aviation Museum in Mildura, but was moved to Alice Springs in 1995 to join the Cenbtral Australian Aviation Museum, where it is now painted in the colors of VH-EWE of Connair. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom for Manfred Jahn's C-47 for P3Dv4.5, with PBR, Rivet and bump detail by Ted (Tufun) Wolfgang."

FS2004 De Havilland DHC8-102. A 37 seat twin turboprop regional airliner. The Air Canada Jazz Collection includes C-FABW, C-GANF, C-GJMO, C-GJSX. An all new FSDS2.24 design with 2D panel, Dynamic VC, and Custom Sound. In addition, a custom TCAS (Traffic Collision Avoidance System), a complete Ground Handling module with push back and taxi speed control and the latest version GPWS (Ground Proximity Warning System) is included. The visual model features an opening airstair with detailed cabin interior, operating Cargo Door, lift dump and roll control spoilers, passenger wing and cabin views, and high definition reflective textures. A comprehensive set of html documents (Check List & Ref List) are included for in-flight information. A separate Panel_Docs folder with panel and systems help files, pilot's notes and more.

File Description:
These Liveries were originally created by Nathan Havercroft for the payware Alphasim C-17a FSX version. Each DDS file has been resized to 1024x1024, vertically flipped to be correctly oriented for FS9, and saved as an extended BMP in DXT3 format. These files are for use in Flight Simulator 2004 v9.0 or v9.1, and all credits go to Nathan Havercroft for the repaints and to Alphasim for the paintkit and original textures. Included are all the C-17 textures Nathan has created as of July 5, 2010, but does not include the March "Plain" collection that Nathan did, which has all of the "plain" C-17's based at March.. this may be converted and uploaded in the future as time permits. The payware Alphasim C-17 Globemaster III is required to use these textures.

Re-upload. FSX/FS2004 KLM Douglas C-54B-DC PH-DBZ. Built a C-54B-1-DC Skymaster at Chicago, IL, for the USAAF (c/n 10480). Powered by four 1,350 hp Pratt & Whitney R-2000-7 engines.After WW2 struck off and converted by Douglas at Santa Monica, CA (DC-4 conversion No. 67, powered by four 1,450 hp Pratt & Whitney Twin Wasp 2SD13G engines). Sold on 15 January 1947 to Santa Fe Skyways as N90862 'Sky Chief Apache'. Sold on 24 May 1948 to KLM as PH-TEZ 'Zeeland'. Used as a freighter only. Re-registered PH-DBZ on 29 March 1954. Broken up in 1958. Remains sold on 20 April 1959 to Aviation Traders Ltd., Southend, UK. Fuselage used as a mock up for the ATL.98 Carvair. Tail section of fuselage used to replace damaged tail section of Carvair #1 in July-September 1961. You will require Jens B. Kristensen's great Douglas DC-4 & C-54 V2.1 (dc4_v21.zip) and Douglas DC-4 and C-54 freighters V2.1 (dc4cgv21.zip). Original textures by Jens B. Kristensen. Repaint by Maarten Brouwer.
