File Description: This is an FSX DXT5/dds format repaint (with or without winglets) of a notional VC-32C painted on the Level-D Simulations B767-300 (Pratt and Whitney). It's what a USAF 89th Airlift Wing C-32 VIP transport might have looked like if the 767 had won the 1990s era VC-X competition for the next-generation VIP transport instead of its little cousin the 757 (it came close).
