Updated BARET4 STAR and approaches ILS9 & LOC27; added transitions from fix BARET within the approach procedures to facilitate flying the STAR-Transition-Approach as actually used.

This is a fictitious "Selkirk Scenic Tours" repaint for use with the excellent De Havilland Dh89a Dragon Rapide model (fs9_dh89.zip). This "blood red" aircraft is fictionally based at 65S, Bonners Ferry, Idaho and regurlarly flies passengers on scenic charter flights over the Southern Selkirk mountain range in North Idaho and Southern British Columbia. File originally uploaded 7-4-2005.
