GC ANR Mission Pack

File Description:
This is a package of 18 missions for CFS3 which, if flown in chronological order, are meant to provide a mini-campaign which follows plausibly historical events. The missions trace the experiences of a hypothetical ANR (Aeronautica Nazionale Repubblicana) pilot from midwinter 1943/44 through to the end of the war in the spring of 1945. Two installers are included, one using mostly stock planes and the other using only 1% planes. Two italian Bf109s are also required, and may be found at the Groundcrew site (http://www.groundcrewdesign.com). Since the missions are flown using a nonstock nationality (Italy) you must also install the freeware Nationality Expansion Kit, which can be found at http://www.sim-outhouse.com.

B-25J 'Briefing Time' Panel Upgrade

File Description:
This self-installing upgrade makes all the pop-up auxiliary panels undockable in the MAAM-SIM B-25J Mitchell 'Briefing Time' for FS2002. This facilitates pop-up use in all viewing modes, including Virtual Cockpit, Spot Plane, Tower, Top-down, and 2-D panel. It will also be useful in multi-monitor rigs. All auxiliary panels can be resized and repositioned as desired. The upgrade also includes a new mini-panel that uses Briefing Time's own gauges, rather than those of the default Cessna. Requires the full B-25J Mitchell 'Briefing Time' aircraft package from www.maam.org.

Douglas C-47A 'OY-BPB'

File Description:
A free add-on for MAAM-SIM R4D/DC-3 CD owners requires a previous installation of that package in FS2004 before the self-installer will run. The photo-real model has many new features, including new engine textures, night-lit nacelles, 3-D propeller hub mechanisms, modern antennae array, and much more to duplicate the real OY-BPB. This aircraft, owned and operated by The Association for Flying Museums Planes/Danish Dakota Friends is based at Værløse, Denmark. The R4D/DC-3 CD may be obtained from www.maam.org. All sale proceeds support the restoration programs of the Mid-Atlantic Air Museum, Reading, PA.

TBF/TBM "Avenger" Software User's Manual

File Description:
This is the Adobe PDF version of the software manual for the CD and Download versions of the Mid-Atlantic Air Museum Simulations TBF/TBM 'Avenger' add-on aircraft package for FS2004. The document is illustrated with numerous pictures and diagrams and is 'must reading' for proper operation of this complicated aircraft. MAAM-SIM DC-3

File Description:
These are 24-bit templates on which to base repaints of the FS2004/FS2002 MAAM-SIM DC-3 available from Mid-Atlantic Air Museum Simulations (MAAM-SIM) at www.maam.org. They cannot be used with the default FS2004 DC-3. This is not a 'paint kit' as such, as the original MAAM-SIM DC-3 bitmaps are partly photoreal. Rather, these are semi-finished templates on which to base further work. This initial package comprises bare metal and white top liveries for the base Passenger and Cargo DC-3 models in different variations, together with revised alpha channel templates. Simple instructions are included. These base textures reflect commonly found "background" configurations for many liveries, and will save repainters time by not having to get rid of the default colour schemes found in the original package before starting work. Please note that further templates will be issued to complement any future versions of the MAAM-SIM model. The intention is that those templates can be added to this base 'paintkit' folder, the methodology and basic instructions being similar for all paints. Where changes to the model invoke changes in texture mapping or other differences, this will be noted with each new package provided. B-25J 'Breifing Time' Oil Drip Effect

File Description:
Adds an oil drip on the ground from the radial engines of MAAM-SIM's B-25J 'Briefing Time'. Drips appear when the "I" key is pressed and engines are off. Created by Jan Rosenberg for MAAM-SIM. 'Briefing Time' is available from the Mid-Atlantic Air Museum, www.maam.org

Correction of ILS 08R frequency in Leipzig (EDDP) for Aerosoft Scenery

File Description:
In November 2009 the frequency of the localizer 08R EDDP changed from 111.9 to 111.750. The supplied BGL file will apply this change to Aerosoft's German Airports 2 X and Leipzig X for MS Flight Simulator X. This addon of course does not contain the Aerosoft scenery itself!

Piper PA-44 Seminole

File Description:
PA-44-180 Piper Seminole - Model of this twin aircraft in my series of Pipers, now revised for FS X-SP2. Custom made xml-gauges, LOD's, camera positions etc. VC with semi-transparent left yoke. Doors that open. Different 2D panels for VFR and IFR, and for 16x9 and 4x3 monitors. The PH-VKA is owned by Peter Kastelein and is based at Rotterdam Airport in the Netherlands.
