File Description:
A recreation of National Airlines as it existed in the 1970's using modern aircraft. Both flyable and AI aircraft are included. Because of copyright issues, not to mention the sheer size of the download that would have been required for an all-inclusive package, I have included only those components that I have created myself. These components are the repaints and the traffic. The aircraft to complete this work are available from Project Open Sky and Meljet for the flyable models, and the AVSIM Library for the AI aircraft. The schedules used were obtained from the Retro AI site.

British Airways Boeing 747-100 for retro AI traffic, with 20 variations, utlizing the FAIB 747-100 model set. This is a re-boot of my original file released a couple of weeks ago, AVSIM was kind enough to pull it completely. There are several global corrections and improvements, and I have added two new aircraft serials. This package also adds updated BOAC textures for my FAIB BOAC 747-100 package available on AVSIM. This package includes and FSX/P3D 2048 DDS DXT5 textures. Aircraft model and master paint kit by Erez Weber, repaints by Michael Pearson.

FS2004/FSX EditVoicepack Callsign file for Quantum Air, QTM/QO, Spain. Quantum Air is no longer active and this is a retro callsign. This is part of our 1st round of EditVoicepack files (see aig_tower_release_1.zip). Our goal is to provide accurate ATC calls in order to provide Microsoft Flight Simulator traffic with quality ATC. These sounds are the best that we have been able to compile and are accurate as of release date and to the extent that our data and the limitations of the EditVoicepack allow. | American Airlines "Piedmont" Airbus A319 |

File Description:
Piedmont Airlines was founded in 1948 and operated until being purchased by US Air in 1989. Based in Winston-Salem NC, the airline has hubs in Charlotte, Dayton, Baltimore, and Syracuse, with an extensive fleet of mostly Boeing aircraft. To honor the airline's heritage, US Airways dedicated an A319 N744P featuring the Piedmont livery in 2006, and it was retitled to American in 2014. This is one of several retro jets representing past airlines that form today's American Airlines. Textures only for the great Project Airbus model; the base pack is available here on AVSIM: pa319_basepack_fs9_2014-09-08.zip. Enjoy!

File Description:
Passaredo is still around today as a Brazilian commuter airline. However, in 1998, the airline also had a pair of A310-300s operating charters across Brazil and into the Caribbean in addition to 3 EMB-120s flying scheduled domestic routes. The A310s frequent both SBGL and SBGR so those are good places to spot them. Repaints by Jonathan Alba for the TFS A310-300 and AIA EMB-120 included. Flightplans by Raphael Rodrigues. File Description:
Itapemirim Cargo flew brightly painted 727s across Brazil and up to Mexico from 1991-2000. These plans are representative and valid for most of the airlines years of operation. As such, they have been included separately to fit into whatever part of the 1990s you wish to use, as the Caravan operation was very short lived and separate. Included are AIA 727-100 and AIA 727-200 textures and flightplans by Raphael Rodrigues. Part of the 1998 Flight Simulator Project. Iran Air Boeing 747SP-86 for retro AI traffic, with 12 variations, utlizing the FAIB 747SP PW model set. This package represents the 4 747SPs in service of Iran Air from 1976-2006, when they switched to their final all-white livery which carried the aircraft to the end of its 42-year career with Iran Air. Juergen Baumbusch has the (excellent) final livery texture available on his website, so no need to include it here. This package includes FS9 32-bit and FSX/P3D 2048 DDS textures. World Airways (Lease Pack) Boeing MD-11 for retro AI traffic, with 28 variants, utilizing the freeware FSPXAI MD-11 model set. This package represents WOA MD-11s leased to other operators; and includes Air Canada, Ethiopian Airlines, Aer Lingus, El Al, Ghana Airways, Garuda Indonesia, Monarch Airlines, Philippine Airlines, SonAir, and STAF Cargo. Additionally, two other WOA MD-11 operators, Malaysian Airlines/MASKargo and CityBird, are included here as updated textures from my previous releases. This package is optimized for FSX/P3D with DDS textures. Aircraft model and master paint kit by Mitsushi Yutaka and FSPainter, repaints by Michael Pearson.

| American Airlines "America West" Airbus A319 |

File Description:
America West was one of several airlines that make up present day American Airlines. When merged with US Airways in 2006, to hold onto its Phoenix roots, one aircraft (N838AW) kept it's America West livery. (It was the final A319 originally delivered with that scheme.) The aircraft was repainted with American Airlines titles with the merger in 2014. This is one of several Retro jets representing former carriers that make up present day American Airlines. Textures only for the great Project Airbus model; the base pack is available here on AVSIM: pa319_basepack_fs9_2014-09-08.zip. Enjoy!
