| Air Zaire Caravelle VI-R 1976 |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
This is a repaint of the Sud Aviation Caravelle VI-R in Air Zaire colors. The freeware Sud Aviation Caravelle VI-R by AFG is needed for this repaint. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should also work on FSX & P3D v1-3. Textures are 32 bit DDS for better image quality. BMP textures are also included for the FS9 users. (A link of a Caravelle 10R FSX panel is included for FSX and P3D users). In actuality, Air Zaire did not operate the Caravelle VI-R. They operated the 11R. No sim model exists for that Caravelle model. Only six were produced by Sud Aviation, of which two were operated by Air Zaire. The Sud Aviation Caravelle 11R was 2.4 feet longer than the VI-R. The VI-R was one of the most popular models of the Caravelle series. Air Zaire operated the Caravelles from 1967 to 1976.

File Description:
NASA TU-144LL: TU-144D aircraft (CCCP-77114) converted to a flying laboratory for NASA with four Kuznetsov NK-321 afterburning turbofan engines and re-registered RA-77114. The aircraft underwent many upgrades and modifications in its conversion to the "LL" Flying Laboratory, including the installation of more powerful NK-321 augmented-turbofan engines that were originally produced for the Tupolev TU-160 Blackjack bomber. NASA successfully used this aircraft to help in designing the U.S. Space Shuttle. She is no longer flying, nor are any other Soviet versions other than the TU-160. This model represents the maximum test payload and fuel for test flights, and includes real world engine/aero dynamics provided by NASA and further employed in this converted model (cosmetics are original). Study the Readme.txt file before flying this version. Model/Textures: Thomas Ruth. Sounds: Claudio Mussner. Panel: Philippe Wallaert. Aero/Engine Dynamic Corrections by: Douglas E. Trapp, FS Flight Dynamics Engineer, [email protected]. August 2017.

File Description:
I have converted some repaints made by Xudeva Irribarra for POSKY 747-4x series. However I were unable to find a proper aircraft that can work with FSX 747 original VC, so I took the winglet version of 747-400, and converted three awesome repaints to work with this aircraft.
This package contains:
Quantas Wunala Dreaming,
All Nippon Airways Ohana Jumbo Blue Winglets,
All Nippon Airways Ohana Jumbo Grey Winglets.
Package comes with 2D panel and VC in three colours (Grey, Blue and Brown).
Note: There is a small glitch with VC lightning blinking. Press Shift + L to shutdown cockpit light, then again same combination to turn on, then issue is gone. (You must do that everytime you choose those aircrafts).
Enjoy aircrafts with new repaints!

| AI Gliders |
|
File Description:
This packages is the result of my efforts to get AI-glider traffic into FS2004.
Included are:
-a fictional glider-airfield (my personal area51) somewhere at a quiet and flat place at Denmark. It's divided into two afcads AF2_A51A.bgl and AF2_A51B.bgl;
-an AI-version of the DUO DISCUS, tweaked in a way that it takes off from the airfield (afcad A51A), fly a pattern and land at the same airfield (afcad A51B). After 30 minutes the glider does the same trick from afcad B to afcad A. And so on every hour;
- an other AI-version of the DUO DISCUS, tweaked in a way that it will take off from afcad A, climb while circling and then keeps endlessly circling at an altitude of around 3000ft ASL in the surrounding of the airfield; A second glider of the same sort takes off from afcad B and also start circling endlessly.
- an traffic.bgl to make the above flights possible (and the source files for it).
You can use this package as an example to make your own AI-glider-airfields and AI-glider_trafficfiles. It is my intention to upload other AI-gliders in a short time.
Credits go to Wolfgang Piper for his excellent gliders which inspired me to start experimenting with AI-gliders and for giving me permission to rebuild his gliders to AI-versions.
For other examples of his excellent gliders, visit his site http://www.fsglider.de
Also credits go to Alan Kaiser for the stemme.air, which I used to make the AI-versions for the DUO DISCUS.

| Boeing 747-8i Delta Northwest |
|
File Description:
FSX Boeing 747-8i Delta Northwest with advanced VC by Alejandro Rojas Lucena and VC Texture Upgrade by Enrique Cornejo. This gives the b747 a payware Virtual Cockpit look! It even has a pilot jacket hanged in the rear of the cockpit (besides the right jumpseat).
The panel.cfg and the aircraft.cfg have been assembled and edited by the Flightsim Workshop Team. Now you can pop up "My icons" window in the Virtual Cockpit to easily reach the following windows: GPS, avionics, map, ATC, Climb/Radio Altimeter/Spoiler switch, auto-break switch, throttle quadrant, clock, descentometer, kneeboard and overhead panel.
The aircraft has new engine views (from both wings) and new Virtual Cockpit interior views from the left, right and central jump seats.
The Delta Northwest texture is wonderful and it has a unique paintscheme by Mcphat Studios with a repaint by Enrique Cornejo which also includes details such as some stains caused by humidity and other details just like a real aircraft.
This aircraft uses the Project Opensky FSX Boeing B747-800 Model OSX748V4_GENX(MDL), and includes the gauge window Posky Utility to view the main stairs, ground cargo servicing, etc. The engine sounds are edited like the real ones with cockpit ambient, so you can enjoy a pleasant flight. The Flight Management Computer (FMC) is fixed and looks like a payware instrument. The VC includes FMC, Primary Flight Display (PFD) and Multi-Function Display (MDF) displayed in the correct size.
The virtual cockpit also has an Engine-Indicating and Crew-Alerting System also known as EICAS, Ground Proximity Warning System (GPWS), working wipers, cabin lights, fire suppression, avionics switch, fuel crossfeed, and you can identify those intruments in the overhead panel because they are bordered with color lines. You can also find landing lights switches, taxi light switch, engine generators, APU generator, battery switch, starter switches, de-ice switch, general lights switches which are a great work of Alejandro. So now the whole cockpit and texture upgrade with all these improvements looks better than a payware version. The clock numbers are now in orange which makes them look better and easily recognizable.
Assembled and edited for FSX by Enrique Cornejo.

| C-17 Globemaster III/ER |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
The C-17 Globemaster III/ER is a heavy cargo aircraft used by several foreign militaries, but primarily the U.S. Air Force. She is designed to do many things that other cargo aircraft cannot, based on her unique design. This version incorporates the extended range fuel tanks. The real world aircraft can actually use reverse thrust in flight, up to 100% reverse power, during descents or on the ground. It is also the only heavy aircraft in the world with a wing efficiency factor over 1.0, which is theoretically impossible, but true. All of the dynamics in this model are correct down to the inch, so she does almost everything the real aircraft does. Some things are not possible in FSX, including reverse thrust while in flight, but full flaps/slats employed in a steep descent will adequately simulate this effect without damage to the model while in flight. The landing gear are authentic and capable of heavy loads. The weight and balance is authentic. The fuel tanks are authentic. The aircraft name, tail number, location, and callsign are authentic. The calculated range(s) listed are all authentic, understanding that most public data released is based on average range, at average altitude, and normal payload missions. The sound is authentic. The engine dynamics are authentic. The panel used is the best I could find, is fairly authentic, and requires some pre-flight study before flight. All-in-All the aircraft is very simple to fly, but requires some study to operate correctly, so I recommend all simmers watch as many "You Tube" videos, read as many authentic sites, and study as much as possible about this aircraft before operation. | Lockheed Hercules C130J (v.2) |
|
File Description:
The Lockheed C130 J Hercules is the newest version of the trusty military transport aircraft. With its six-blade propellers and more powerful engines, it can fly higher, faster and further than any previous Hercules. This is my second version of this aircraft (with more than 11 000 downloads of the first one) with an all-new FSDS model. It features animation of all control surfaces, landing gear and propellers; full lighting effects; opening front door and rear cargo ramp as well as a pilot getting into- and out of the aircraft as it takes off and a flight attendant opening and closing the front door. The panel is a photo-realistic rendition, designed from photographs downloaded from the Lockheed-Martin website. It includes a Heads Up Display ("HUD"), WORKING radar unit and Multi Function Display ("MFD") for the engine-instruments ("EICAS"). A sound pack is also included. An experienced Hercules pilot checked the flight dynamics to ensure that flying this aircraft is AS REAL AS IT GETS!
