Inter European Airways Airbus A320-232

File Description:
iFDG is proud to present the Airbus A320. The aircraft model includes most of the standard features including animated control surfaces, wingviews, flaps, full lighting configuration, highly detailed, reflective textures, and dynamic shine. This example (G-IEAF) is painted in the livery of Inter European (IEA) which was a holiday airline based at Birmingham (EGBB/BHX). In 1993 IEA's parent company, Aspro was acquired by the Airtours group and as a result the airline also disappeared. This A320 now flies for Indian Airlines as VT-EYC. Please read the included readme file for more information and repaint info. Updated V1.3 Model Included.

Armstrong Whitworth AW.27 Ensign Mk2 Base Pack (BOAC)

File Description:
The Armstrong Whitworth AW.27 Ensign was the last large British civil landplane before the war. This file features the re-engined second production series (Mk2) in a superb GMax redition with all the mod-cons. Fully compatible with both FS2002 and FS2004-ACOF. Along with the visual model comes the first post-war paint of BOAC, shown on G-ADST 'Elsinore' (c/n AW1158), circa 1945. Further paints will be published separately, so be on the lookout. Panel (by Dave Haskell and Jens Kristensen), sound (by Aaron Swindle), and accurate flight dynamics (by Jens Kristensen) are included.

Viscount 724 Intra Airways

File Description:
In one of its many guises, the much used G-BDRC flew in this livery on lease from Alidair. It was later repainted to match the Viscount 810's but kept the slightly different nose titles. This one time TCA aircraft bought from Air Inter of France went on to fly for Air Ecosse Dan Air and Alidair before ending up as Guernsey Airlines Sarnia II. It was sold to Janus but never flew in service for them, ending its days on the Manston Fire dump. Requires the FSDS Viscount 700 model by Rick Piper http://www.btinternet.com/~rick.piper/index.htm

Viscount 804 LOT-Polish Airlines

File Description:
One of three British United V.804s sold to LOT this one was the only one to survive. After its sojourn in Poland it was sold to New Zealand National Airways Corporation, finding its way back to the UK eventually via Pearl Air where it was registered in Grenada. Repatriated as G-CSZB with Southern International it was to be scrapped after that airlines demise but was rescued by BAF becomming one of the last trio of UK passenger Viscounts. The nose is preserved in The Midlands Aero Park. Requires the FSDS Viscount 800 model by Rick Piper.

Central Air Services Douglas DC-3

File Description:
Central Air Services was previously know as Air Envoy which started off as an executive air charter and air taxi operator at Birmingham Airport. In March 1969 the company purchased a DC-3 G-AGJV, which it intended to use for passenger and freight ad-hoc charter and IT passenger work. However, Central never used the aircraft on any of their own services as it was immediately leased to Air Ulster who used it on scheduled services from Belfast and Birmingham. Air Ulster ceased operations in January 1970 and Central Air Services subsequently sold the DC-3. Requires default Douglas DC-3.
