This folder contains a repaint for the A2A WoP3 P-51D Mustang (with AccuSim), in the colors of P-51D-25 44-72855, 462th FS/506 FG, #643 'Providence Permittin', flown by Lieutenants Allen F.Colley and Leonard A. Dietz. 'Providence Permittin' was a favorite saying of Lt Colley's grandmother. It was based at Airfield No 3, Iwo Jima, Summer 1945. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A WoP3 P-51D Mustang (with AccuSim), in the colors of P-51D-25-NA 44-63209 WZ-S "Sherman was Right!", which was the aircraft of Lt Frank E. Oiler of the 84th FS/ 78th FG, based in Duxford, UK. The name refers to General Sherman, who supposedly said "War is hell". Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the A2A paintkit.

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A WoP3 P-51D Mustang, in the colors of P-51D-15-NA 44-14068 CG-C "The Worry Bird", the assigned aircraft of Capt. Merle M Coons of the 38th FD/ 55th FG. After Capt. Coons completed his tour, the aircraft was assigned to Lt. Alfred E. Carr, who named it "Little Joe". Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the A2A paintkit.

Anthony G Hawkins, Detroit MI of the 503rd FS/339th FG, based in Fowlmere, UK. Capt. Hawking was killed in action in this a/c on 31 December 1944. This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Curtiss P-40B. It represents P-40F #11 'Lola' of the Free French Air Force GC II/5 "Lafayette" Squadron. This aircraft probably came from the RAF, judging by the overpainted markings. There are pictures of the wreckage of this aircraft, but it is not clear when and where the aircraft crashed. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

It flew with Caroline Copper Mines, based in Cobar, NSW, until 1965. It was then re-registered to VH-MOL, and is still on the register, based in Victoria. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

It flew with no 1 (Auckland) TAF Squadron in these colors between 1952 and 1955, and was scrapped in 1958. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Curtiss P-40B. It shows Curtiss Tomahawk Mk.II RAF AX900 was originally meant to be AH900, but the serial was incorrectly painted, as was the high demarcation of the sky underside. It went on to fly with several units, including 41 OTU and 168 Sqn. It was struck off in 1944. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

File Description:
Japan Airlines' special color marking for 50th anniversary of JAL's international flights. First flight was Tokyo(Haneda) and Hawaii in February 2,1954, and the DC-6B is painted in real size. This marking can be seen almost all the destinations where JAL flies. Original model by FSPainter. Also thanks to Mr.Sugiyasu and Mr.hama for textures.
