| Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-700 v2.2 Final Package |

**** THIS FILE SUPERCEEDS MY ORIGINAL FILE b737_700_southwest_v21.zip **** v2.2 - REPORTED BUGS HAVE BEEN CORRECTED. The 737 was born out of Boeing's need to field a competitor in the short-range, small capacity jetliner market which had been opened up by the BAC 1-11 and the Douglas DC-9. Boeing was badly behind however when the 737 program was initiated in 1964, as both of these rivals were already into their flight certification programmes. The 737 was cheaper and quicker to design, featuring six-abreast seating compared to the 1-11 and DC-9's five-abreast layout.By the 1990s, the 737 had lost ground technologically to the newer Airbus A320. In 1993, Boeing initiated the 737-X or Next Generation (NG) program. The Next-Generation 737 encompasses the -600, -700, -800 and -900, and amounted to a complete redesign of the 30-year old airliner. The 737NG is an entirely new aircraft, sharing very little with previous 737s, other than fuselage frames. New wings, new avionics and revised engines were the biggest engineering changes. The 737 was given a glass cockpit with CRT screens (except the -900, which had newer and higher tech LCD screens) and digital systems inspired by the ones that were used on the 777. The parts count is down by about 33%, reducing weight and simplifying maintenance. Additional changes since its introduction include a new interior and performance enhancing winglets which reduce fuel consumption and improve take-off and climb performance. All textures have been modified in DXT-3 format for crisp visuals without comprimising frame rates. Includes the default FS-X Boeing 737 panel. Sounds have been defaulted to the FS-X 737-800, however I recommend the excellent 737 CFM56 "the real deal" version 2 soundpack (file name:737_cfm56__the_real_deal_version_2.zip located at AVSIM.com) for this aircraft series. Additionally, this aircraft series has no Virtual Cockpit (VC), therefore you must fly them using the 2-D default panel view only! This package includes Southwest Airlines liveries (Canyon Blue, Maryland One, Nevada One, Old Color & Shamu).

Sukhoi Su-15 Flagon. I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for this cold warrior of military jet history. Going into production in 1962, 1,290 aircraft served thirty-four years in the Soviet, Russian, and Ukrainian air forces. The Su-15 was designed as a follow-on interceptor to the Su-9/11 series, and had the notoriety of being the shoot-down aircraft in the Korean Airlines Flight 007 incident in 1983. An original 7-LOD model brings this historic aircraft to the flightsim world. This package represents the Su-15 (in five model variations) through the span of its entire career with the Soviet Union, Russian Federation, and Ukraine; with a total of 20 models and 58 repaints. Additional paints cover unofficial use by Egypt in the 1970s, and a short, unfulfilled ownership by Georgia after the Soviet break-up (Georgia traded up for Su-25s). Sukhoi Su-24 Fencer (Part 2). I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for this cold warrior of military jet history, which still soldiers on as a formidable strike aircraft. The Su-24, nicknamed "Chemodahn" (Suitcase) by its pilots, went into production in 1975, with around 1,400 built. The Fencer has evolved into a potent low-level deep-interdiction strike aircraft in the same role as the F-111 and the Tornado. The aircraft has served or continues to serve the air forces of a dozen countries. An original 9-LOD model brings this capable aircraft to the flightsim world. This package represents the Su-24M Fencer-D, in current or past service with Soviet, Russian, and post-Soviet air forces (inherited aircraft); with a total of 18 models and 64 repaints. UPDATE! Includes missing textures which resulted in some users experiencing CTD and freezes. A complete remapping of Mount Rainier National Park in Washington State. Based upon commercial topographic maps, the designed scenery includes, every hiking trail drawn in meticulous detail including every real life switchback; every lake and small alpine pond 20 feet in diameter and over, modified landclass of alpine, forest & rock; every perennial and many intermittent creeks, all steams and rivers (many braided), a complete glacier mapping of every glacier with custom textures and ice fields on the mountain, a complete mapping of all rock faces and rock, moraine rock deposits, glacier outwash area, mudflows, roads, swamp and marsh areas. Includes some effects. Designed to compliment UT USA and any LOD 9 or 10 mesh. Works well with FS Genesis LOD 10 mesh and Birds Eye View Textures. By Bryan Wallis and Lou Frost.

This is a livery-paint for the Leading Edge Simulations Douglas DC3/C47.
Paint made by Leen "Flybike" de Jager.
This paint depicts (more or less) the DC3/C47, FZ658, Royal Newfoundland Air Force (be aware of the fact its a tale). Mind the strange "roundel" on the fuselage, this was a political protest on an air-force plane, and caused some fuzz in 1948/9
The original model had wing-registration, due to the limitations of the texture-mapping of this model, this could not be reproduced. ( grrrrrrrrr..........!!)
The skin-set includes cockpit and cabin textures as well.
Pay attention to the difference between the day and night-cabin-textures.
How to install:
Just unzip FZ658_Newfoundland.zip into a temp. folder, and start reading the readme file.
This livery comes without pilots.
If you prefer to have the little guys at the yokes, just remove the pilot.png file from the FZ658_Newfoundland/objects - folder

Tupolev Tu-95 Bear (Part 3). I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for this cold warrior of military history, which still soldiers on as a formidable strategic bomber and reconnaissance aircraft. The mighty Bear, with around 500 built, evolved from the Tu-114 airliner, and is arguably the fastest (and loudest) turboprop aircraft in history. A simple no-frills turboprop design combined with a heavy payload and ridiculous airborne endurance (20+ hours); and the Bear has established itself as the iconic Soviet/Russian symbol of strategic force projection, easily the counterpart to the American B-52 Stratofortress. An original 9-LOD model brings this historic beast to the flightsim world. This package contains the late "M" series Bears, to include Tu-95MS-6 and Tu-95MS-16; with a total of 3 models and 34 repaints. File Description:
Eastern Airlines B717-200. Eastern was a large operator of the DC-9 series and it's possible that had they survived they would be replacing them with 717s so here's a repaint of the gorgeous CSI 717 in Eastern's final scheme. A reminder that this aircraft was beautifully created by the guys over at CSI (http://avsim.com/csi/mainscreen.htm). Please refer to their website downloads section for a complete listing of their user agreement. Freeware developers put in a lot of hard work into designing their planes and they do a great job and provide it to us for free and the least we can do is support our fligtsim community and give credit where credit is due. I'm responsible only for the repaint of this aircraft, the model itself is 100% CSI. Hope you enjoy flying it. File Description:
N3-609 was delivered to the Dutch East Indies Army (Air Forces) om 9 May 1945 and assigned to the yellow patrol of Nr.121 Squadron.
A year later the aircraft was moved from their original base in Australia at Bundaberg to Tjililitan (near Batavia, now Jakarta) in the Dutch East Indies (what it now Indonesia) for use against separatists.
The aircraft was later renumbered H-309 when the Dutch armed forces introduced a standard numbering scheme for all aircraft (which is still in use today).
At the independence of Indonesia the aircraft was handed over the the newly formed Indonesian airforce (AURI, now TNI-AU) where she entered service as F-309.
This livery is typical for the first period, later the Dutch flags were replaced by the now familiar Dutch roundels and the registration number moved from its position on nose and tail to a single large number on the rear fuselage.
This livery required the Wings Of Power P-51D to be installed.
