This aircraft is based on the C-123 flown by John T. Halliday as described in his book, Flying Through Midnight. Capt. Halliday flew night missions over the Ho Chi Minh Trail in Laos directing fighters into holding patterns to attack the enemy convoys. Special Thanks to Heather Sherman for the base textures. By request, here is an updated version of the stock FSX Leeward Point Field. I used Flight 1's AFX and
Instant Scenery programs to re-work the airport. I removed and replaced some of the stock buildings, moved
the control tower, added several buildings, added Military combat and cargo parking, additional pavement and
several static items such as vehicles and a few trees.

REVISED *** Freedom Air Guam Winter 09-10. Flights taken from their website: http://www.freedomairguam.com. Freedom Air flies Shorts 3-60s on passenger hops from Guam to Saipan, Rota and Tinian. They also have one Shorts 3-30 for scheduled cargo flights which are flown on Fridays and several smaller aircraft including four Piper PA32-300 Navajos, two Piper PA23s, and a couple of Cessna 150s.

This packet contains a repaint of the Lockheed L-749 Constellation of the cargo airline ACE Freighters. Ace Freighters started operations in March 1964 with on Lockheed Constellation. It carried out world wide ad-hoc charters from London Gatwick Airport. The airline ceased operations in September 1966. Textures only, to be used with the freeware L-749 from Manfred Jahn (available from AVSIM: 'lockheed749.zip').
