| Rome Fiumicino International Airport LIRF Single-Layer AFCAD |
|
File Description:
This single-layer AFCAD file, named LIRFBB.txt, is an FS2002 facility file for the Fiumicino International Airport in Rome, Italy. It adds as many gates as possible to the airport. The gates are logically labeled, but may not reflect their real-world equivalent. My goal was to add 'life' to the airport, not recreate an exact replica of the real thing. All runways are available for FS2K2 to select the active. The file ID is LIRF and has the following gate distribution: Heavy-8, Medium-3, Small-24, Express, GA-8. I have included Lee Swordy's AF Installer along with this file. It automatically installs it into FS2002. To use the installer, simply click on the file LIRFBB.txt and drag it onto the AF Installer icon.

| German Airforce Luftwaffe Fighter Wing 73 Eurofighter Typhoon |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
The Eurofighter is a single-seat, twin-engine, agile combat aircraft which will be used in the air-to-air, air-to-ground and tactical reconnaissance roles. Developed by Europe's leading aerospace companies, Eurofighter Typhoon is now in service with the Air Forces of Germany, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom and will fulfill Air Force requirements well into the 21st Century. Aircraft production is ongoing and with 638 aircraft under contract to the four Partner Nations and Austria, as the first export customer. The design of Eurofighter Typhoon is optimized for air dominance performance with high instantaneous and sustained turn rates, and specific excess power. Special emphasis has been placed on low wing loading, high thrust to weight ratio, excellent all round vision and carefree handling. - Author: A.Meyer.

| Supermarine Spitfire Mk. IX |
|
File Description:
The Spitfire was developed continuously throughout World War II, through some 24 versions. A major revision of the original Spitfire was the Mk IX, a model quickly cobbled together to meet the challenge of the newly emerging Focke-
Wulf 190. The high-altitude version Mk IX was essentially a Mk V with a 1,710-hp Merlin 70 engine, capable of more than 400 mph. From 1942 to 1944 5,665 Mk IXs were built, and at war's end many were still in RAF service.
This is the airplane flown by Lt.-Col Robert (Bob) Rogers, commanding officer of Nr. 40 Squadron of the South African Air Force in Italy during 1944.
This model has full animation, full lighting effects and a realistic panel with accurate views in all directions.

| Italian Air Force Supermarine Spitfire Mk Vb |
|
File Description:
The Spitfire MK V was one of the best known marks, powered by the Merlin 46 of 1440 hp. It served from the Summer of 1941 on, and was the first Spitfire to serve overseas. The trop was modified to operate in dusty and adverse envionments such as North Africa. These modifications extracted a small performance penalty. The Regia Aeronautica (Royal Italian Air Force) received 53 Spitfires Mk V from R.A.F., during August of 1944, but , due to their poor conditions, only 33 of them were used. These planes, assigned to 20 Gruppo of 51 Stormo were based on Galatina Airport (Lecce, Italy). Two of these Spits flown during the last mission of Regia Aeronautica during WW2 (5 May 1945). Textures only for payware 'Sky Unlimited Spitfire Mk V'. Repaint by Manuele Villa.

| Aosta´s Deadly Lake |
|
File Description:
Retired Captain Wanzoon Defaulzee and you are flying Europe in his Amphibian. Yesterday
you crossed the Alps from Austria landing in Italy´s Aosta airport. You went through immigration
and as soon a both of you were going to your cozy hotel...Captain Enzo Frutelly, the airport capo (chief)
called you into his office. He told you this:
Francesco Bellios and Humberto Frecci, two well known mountaneers have had an accident in one
of the many lakes in the Aosta Alps. The only way to get to them, and probably save Francesco´s life
is to fly out there in an amphibian. There are none available in Aosta so he suggests you and your buddy
volunteer fro the SAR mission. "Si signor" both of you answer without a blink!!!!!!.........
