File Description:
FS2k4METAR is the first and only Freeware weather program which use the new weather interface of FS2004. So you have different weather conditions on everey weather station around the world. FS2k4METAR use worldwide METAR and Radiosound (WindsAloft and temperature) data. No need to stay online after downloading the METAR files. The downloaded METAR's are ready for later use (samples included in the ZIP).

METAR Update Of The METAR Weather Program

File Description:
Update of the Free METAR program with new features and bug's corrected. New features: 1. I improved the temperature aloft settings. This also should give better cloud settings, esp. the cloud high is now computed out of temperature and other data. 2. No more 'weather update' messages 3. If the needed stations files not there, the program shouldn't crash anymore 4. The .reg file shouldn't be needed anymore 5. Both free METAR and WindsAloft Servers are used. To save time, the Server with the smaller files is used first. Only if this server failed the other is used. 6. The choice to get METAR text message of the nearest airport in FS9 is implemented. The message is updated every time the FS2k4METAR program updates the weather.

AI Contrail Generator (Bug Corrected)

File Description:
Bug with wrong path corrected. FS2004 High altitudes AI contrails adding tool. This utility add contrails to all installed AI and/or non AI airplane by one mouseclick. You could easily change the max contrail temperature and the contrail effect. For best contrail effect you should download the "ai_fx.zip" file from Jan Rosenberg too. This Software is Freeware.

AI Contrails

File Description:
This utility adds contrails too the AI and flyable planes. Contrails will show up if the plane fly at a altitude where the temperature is low so the water condensing and forming long contrails. Utility tested with FSX ans SP2/Acceleratio only. Contrails may not shown without SP2/Acceleration.
