This folder contains a repaint for the De Havilland DH89 Dragon Rapide by Dave Garwood. It shows DH89B Dominie #6881, which was built at Loughborough in 1945. It flew with the RAF until 1946, when it was sold to the Belgian Air Force as D1, where it was used by the 367e Escadrille with call sign OT-ZCH. It later transferred to 21 smaldeel in 1948, and eventually was scrapped in 1953. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Dave Garwood.

Panmunjom Corea N37.55.98 E126.41.23. It is a village on the border between North Korea and South Korea, where the 1953 armistice was signed which ended the Korean War. President Moon Jae-in of the Republic of Korea and the chairman of the State Democratic People's Republic of Korea Commission Kim Jong Un held an inter-Korean Summit at the 'House of Peace' in Panmunjom on 27 April 2018.

File Description:
The Piaggio P-149 is a trainer-laison aircraft. It first flew in June 19th, 1953. It's a development of the P-148 model, with increased seat capacity, tricycle retractable landing gear and a more powerful engine, featuring a three-bladed constant speed propeller. It was mainly used by the German Luftwaffe (P-149D) as a training aircraft.
These textures, for the celebrative last Luftwaffe's P-149D, require the FREEWARE original aircraft by Mario Noriega. Installation instructions are included. Repaint by Manuele Villa.

File Description:
L-60 Brigadyr is Czechoslovak multipurpose aircraft, the XL-60 prototype first flew on 24th December 1953.
For problems with stability and engine flew in 1954 a modified prototype. The first L-60 were used for agriculture, had 300 liters tank chemical dispenser and spreading equipment.
Version K-60 for military purposes was fitted in the rear of the cab with a machine gun MG-15 7.92 mm caliber
and two bomb racks under the fuselage.
A total of 273 aircraft were produced in all versions.

File Description:
These are reflective textures for Greg Pepper and Tom Gibson's great GMAX DC-6B Super Cloudmaster. They represent a Scandinavian Airlines DC-6B, registration SE-BDU / "Erik Viking" / cn 44168. SAS took delivery of this ship on Dec 16, 1953 and it flew in their system until Feb 1, 1961. It was one of 14 DC-6Bs in their fleet. "Erik Viking" flew SAS' famous "Over the Pole Route" from Copenhagen to Tokyo in the late 1950s through 1960. Requires Calclassic DC-6 file dc6baal2.zip

Cessna CH-1
The CH-1 was an attempt by Cessna to break into the rotary wing market. Built for commercial operation in 1953. The helicopter had a cabin very similar to that of a private aircraft. Only a few CH-1 commercial models were built and production ended in December 1962 when Cessna decided that the civil helicopter market was not yet ready for sound investment. This model contains moving parts, dynamic shine, and panel. Tested in both Flight Simulator 2002 and 2004.

Sydney Airport is one of the oldest continually operated airports
in the world, and the busiest airport in Australia.
Originally declared an aerodrome in 1920 (then known as Sydney Airport),
it was renamed Sydney (Kingsford Smith) International Airport in 1953,
in honour of Charles Kingsford Smith, a pioneering Australian aviator.
The airport's first runways were built in 1933, all in gravel.
