Alcantarilla hosts a Base of the Ejército del Aire de España. Paratroopers are trained here, and there is also a squadron of CASA C-212 Aviocar light transport planes based at the airfield.
Designed using AENA charts from AIP Spain and Google maps for precise GPS positioning of the airfield. Updated navdata to AIRAC 1901 including TACAN TRL (116.60).

N2771C was practically built from scratch from 'past it's use by date' ex-float plane by Kyle Fosso of Anacortes. I've de-filthied the base Alabeo texture to try and replicate the pristine condition of his work. It's now for sale by Aircraft Remanufacturers also of Anacortes. They don't say how much they want for it!
