File Description:
The host unit at Mountain Home since 1972 has been the 366th Fighter Wing (366 FW) of the Air Combat Command (ACC), nicknamed the "Gunfighters." The base's primary mission is to provide combat airpower and combat support capabilities to respond to and sustain worldwide contingency operations.The Wing blends the firepower of F-15C Eagles and the F-15E Strike Eagles, to form a cohesive aerial strike force.
Added aprons and buildings. Adjusted and added taxiway lights. Adjusted taxi signs. Placed custom buildings using Sketchup for design.

This folder contains a repaint for the Milviz F-86, in the colors of #51-2852 'Darling Dottie' as flown by Major John F. Bolt of the USMC. He was an 89-mission Panther pilot with the VMF 115, when he was chosen to serve with the 39th FIS/51st FIW during the Korean war. He became the only USMC ace during the war, adding 6 jet victories to his total of six WWII victories. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Milviz.

This package contains textures only in a Aer Arann (NC)livery, for F. Sánchez-Castañer`s G-max ATR 72-500. You will need the model fsc_atr72500_v101.zip which can be found at AVSIM. Designed by F. Sánchez-Castañer for FS2002 Professional Edition (Works with limited functionality in standard edition). Includes virtual cockpit, highly realistic custom panels and gauges with non-standard functions tailor made to match the real aircraft systems, custom sounds. (she should be a ATR 72-200 but Francisco has not modeled one yet)

#1 of a series of 4 aircraft of the RAF Station Bruggen Wing 2nd TAF RAF Germany around 1956. Canadair Sabre F.4 XB664 67 Sqn RAF Wildenrath/RAF Bruggen camouflaged. 67 squadron was originally stationed at RAF Wildenrath and later (together with 71 Sqn) moved to RAF Bruggen - already homebase of 112 and 130 Squadron - around 1956. F-86 Sabre (sabrejet.zip) from Kirk Olsson is required. Thanks Kirk for your fine aircraft. !! Many thanks also to Frank Safranek for his generous and unselfish support!!

Republic F-105 Thunderchief. This is another Jake Burrus aircraft I have been able to bring to the flightsim world. Originally introduced in 1958 as a low-level nuclear weapons delivery aircraft in the middle of the Cold War, this aircraft became the backbone of conventional bombing during most of the Vietnam War. As a testament to the aircraft's role, the bravery of its pilots, and the ferocity of the North Vietnamese air defense network, nearly half of the 833 airframes were lost in combat operations. Due to the extensive combat use of the Thud, it had a relatively short service life, with limited use after Vietnam, until the aircraft's final retirement in 1984.
This is part 1 of 2 parts, and represents the use of the F-105B/D/F from 1958-1966; to include 16 model variants and 131 repaints; but includes all of the F-105B units including those used post-Vietnam by ANG and AFRES units. North American F-100 Super Sabre (Part 3). This aircraft, also known as the Hun, was the first of a long success of Century Series fighter aircraft during the 1950s and 1960s. I present a comprehensive 8-LOD AI traffic model for this cold warrior of military jet history, utilizing original source material from Jake Burrus. Going into production in 1953, 2,294 aircraft served thirty-five years in the USAF and the air forces of France, Turkey, Denmark, and Taiwan. The F-100 was originally designed as a daytime air superiority fighter (with all-cannon armament); but evolved into a capable light attack aircraft which served extensively in Vietnam. An original 8-LOD model brings this historic aircraft to the flightsim world. This package represents the F-100D in the Vietnam and post-Vietnam service of the USAF/ANG,with a total of 6 models and 64 repaints. Additionally, I am including the F-100C in late ANG service, with 18 additional repaints. This is a performance upgrade package for the payware Aerosoft F-16 (NOT the version available through Steam!). Aerosoft made an awesome-looking airplane with realistic cockpit details, cool g-vapor effects, but the way it flew was...well, not so great...until NOW. With this "VIPER 2.0" upgrade, your Aerosoft F-16 will fly like the REAL THING! 9g turns, 8-Point Rolls, Double Immelmans, Cuban-8's, etc, etc, etc. Cue up your favorite F-16 demo on YouTube and follow along! Or, head out to your favorite mountain region and enjoy zooming through the canyons at 500 feet and 500kts! (the Alps north of Aviano AB are awesome fun!). After this upgrade your Aerosoft F-16 will be one fun-to-fly flight sim jet!
**For those of you who downloaded and installed my first "VIPER Upgrade" about two years ago, the improvements in this version are...
Adjusted Rudder/Nose Wheel steering sensitivity for a softer, more realistic "feel" while taxiing & flying.
Ailerons have a "smoother/softer touch" for those tiny adjustments made on final approach
Adjusted drag factors on spoilers, flaps and gear to get optimal final approach AOA, airspeed and better "throttle authority".
