This download contains the livery for the C-47 as owned and flown by his RH Prince Bernard of The Netherlands and is applicable for the Douglas C-47 V3 version by Manfred Jahn, Jan Visser and their team. This aircraft was once active in the II World War and thereafter stored in Germany. Later it was owned by his RH Prince Bernard of The Netherlands and has flown for the Royal household for some years. Now, still in airworthy condition, in operation with the Dutch Dakota Association “DDA Classic Airlinesâ€. Requires "DOUGLAS_C-47_V3_12_BETA.ZIP" to be installed on your system in advance.The textures are based on the original textures from Jan Visser and have been modified by Hans Janssens and Emile Lancee.

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Spitfire in the colors of P8387 PK-H, a Spitfire Mk IIa of No.315 (Deblinski) Squadron, which was based in Northolt, August 1941. Like several Spitfires of this squadron, the individual letter was expanded into a gtirls name, in this case Halina. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Spitfire in the colors of Spitfire Mk 1 FW8 was the sole Spitfire delivered to the French Air Force before the war and was tested at Orleans Bricy between 1939 and 1940. It was seized by the germans when they reached Orleans in June 1940, but by then it was already badly damaged. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Spitfire in the colors of Spitfire Mk IIa P7849 QV-J, which was flown by Flt Lt Walter Lawson of 19 Squadron, based in Fowlmere in june 1941. He used this aircraft to shoot down two Me109's. The aircraft was later converted to a Mk.V and flew with the USAAF. Flt Lt Lawson disappeared during a mission to Rotterdam in August 1942 Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Spitfire in the colors of Spitfire Mk Vc BR290, one of the aircraft of 249 Sqn, based on Malta. It arrived on Malta with operation Bowery, when it was flown off USS Wasp on the 9th of May 1942. Lessons had been learned from an earlier delivery run, and all 61 aircraft that reached Malta were immediately refuelled and rearmed, to be ready to repell the axis airfleets that came to destroy them early on the 10th. In the resulting air battle, the Italian bombers were chased away, and 47 German fighters were shot down (for the loss of 3 British), marking the end of daylight raids on Malta. This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Spitfire in the colors of Spitfire Mk Vb(T) T-M, one of the aircraft of 249 Sqn, based on Malta in 1942. No serial is known for this aircraft, since it was overpainted after arrival on Malta, and the serial was not reapplied. It was painted in a dark bluish color, probably with azure undersides. The aircraft was written off after a crash landing, which tore off one wing and left the aircraft standing on its nose. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Spitfire in the colors of Spitfire Mk Vb EP829 T-N, the aircraft of Squadron Leader Joseph Lynch, the CO of No 249 squadron, based in Malta 1943. Sqn Ldr Lynch was an 'Eagle' squadron veteran, originally from California, and he became an ace flying this aircraft, shooting down 4 JU52's, a JU88 and a Caproni CA313. One of the JU52's was the 1000th axis aicraft destroyed by Malta's defences. Lynch later joined the USAAF, with a final score of 10 aircraft destroyed and 7 shared. EP829 survived the war and later ironically joined the Italian Air Force as MM4069. It flew with 51 Stormo, which 3 years earlier was involved in the attack on Malta.Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.
