File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Lockheed L049 Constellation in the colors of 48-613 "Bataan". It was delivered to the USAF as a C-121A and was used in the Berlin Airlift. It was the personal aircraft of General MacArthur between 9/1950 and 4/1951 and named Bataan. It then served as a VIP aircraft until 1965. In 1966 it went to NASA who used it as N422NA until 1970, when it was declared surplus. It went to the Planes of Fame museum in Valle, AZ, where it was displayed as Bataan and is currently in Chino for restoration. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

| Lockheed L-049 Constellation (N7777G) Fly Alaska |

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Lockheed L049 Constellation in the colors of N7777G of Fly Alaska. N7777G was a L749 that first flew with KLM as PH-TET. It flew with Wien Alaskan Airlines between 1964 and 1968 before going to Fly Alaska. In 1973 it was used by the Rolling Stones for their Far East Tour. It then went to Lanzair and was abandoned in Dublin in 1974. It has been on display in the Science Museum at Wroughton since 1983. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Beechcraft V35 Bonanza in the colors of VH-ILT. It was built in 1970 with c/n D-9105 was ferried across the Pacific as N4087A. It was first registered in Australia to Beech agent Hawker de Havilland. It is still airworthy, still in the same colors and based in Queensland. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Lockheed L049 Constellation in the colors of VH-EAD of Qantas Empire Airways Ltd. Built as a L-749, VH-EAD was delivered to Qantas in 1947 and named 'Charles Kingsford Smith'. It flew with Qanntas until 1955, when it was sold to Aerovias Guest of Mexico. It went to the US in 1962, where it was scrapped in 1971. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

| Lockheed L-049 Constellation (48-612) MATS |

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Lockheed L049 Constellation in the colors of 48-612 of the MATS. It was delivered to the USAF in 1949 and flew in support of the Berlin Airlift. This repaint shows it in the colors of the Atlantic Division of MATS around that time. It was converted to a C-121A and used for VIP missions for the remainder of its air force career, which lasted until 1967. It was then used as an agricultural spray aircraft, until it was bought by the Dutch Constellation Association. It went to the Aviodrome museum in Lelystad, the Netherlands in 2001, and was restored. It flew last in 2007, but insurance problems kept it grounded since. It is currently on static display in the Aviodrome, wearing KLM colors. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.
