| Fuel Service Stations |
|
File Description:
Fuel Service Station (FSS) - the specialized orbital station intended for
refuelling of spacecrafts. The station is supplied with the big stock of fuel.
It is recommended to refuel a vessel using excellent Fuel MFD by Trevor Johns
(see on AVSIM File Library - http://ftp.avsim.com/library).
The present package includes two stations - ALFA and BETA.
Planes of orbits of both stations coincide with a ecliptic plane. It makes usefull
refuellings before interplanetary flights.

| New Drag-Chute Meshes For Space Shuttle Fleet 3.1 |
|
File Description:
This is an mesh upgrade for the drag-chute mesh used in Space Shuttle fleet 3.1. This upgrade contains meshes for both the deployed and fully inflated drag-chute aswell as an mesh for the jettisoned drag-chute. Some facts about the drag-chute:
The orbiter drag chute was designed to assist in the deceleration system in safely stopping the orbiter on the runway after an mission or an abort. The drag-chute was first used on the orbiter Endeavour(OV-105) on STS-49. Subsequently the all of the other orbiter(Columbia, Discovery and Atlantis) was modified to be equipped with an drag-chute. The drag-chute is housed in an special compartment on the bottom of the vertical tail.
REQUIRES SPACE SHUTTLE FLEET 3.1 ALREADY INSTALLED!

| Perfect KSC |
|
File Description:
This package containes the configuration file using which you can have the most beautiful, functional and realistic ksc to date. It makes use of a number of other addons, list is provided in the readme. I know there are probably errors: this doesn't claim to be the really PERFECT KSC, but the most perfect KSC made for orbiter to date :)

| Gusev Crater Scenery |
|
File Description:
Gusev Crater is an impact crater on Mars that looks as though a lake may have once filled it in the distant past.
Gusev Crater is about 145 km (90 miles) wide. It is located at 14.6° South latitude and 175.3° East longitude, along the boundary between Mars' southern highlands and its lowland northern plains. The crater is about 3,000 km (1,900 miles) southeast of the volcano Elysium Mons. Scientists believe the Gusev Crater was formed by the impact of an asteroid three to four billion years ago.
A valley named Ma'adim Vallis, which is connected to the south side of the crater, looks like it may have been a river channel that poured water into the crater in the past, forming a large lake. If the crater was indeed a lake, scientists expect it to contain layers of sediments as much as 915 meters (3,000 feet) thick that flowed in with the water. There may be other clues to a watery past within the crater, such as deposits of minerals, such as halite and gypsum, that form when water evaporates. Wet environments are the best places to look for life, which is why scientists are so eager to track down places on Mars that were once wet.
On the 3rd of January 2004, MER-A Spirit, one of the two Mars Exploration Rovers (MER) had landed within an 81 km by 12 km (50 by 7 miles) oval near the center of Gusev Crater. Once settled into its new "home", Spirit will begin its mission of exploring for geologic evidence of the presence of water in Gusev Crater's past.

| Sun with Surface Textures for Orbiter |
|
File Description:
The sun with visible textures when you get near it. It is also minus the lens glare, which really is not all that realistic when you view the Sun from space. Looks good from Venus and great from Mercury!
