| P-51D 52nd FG QP-U "Hey Rube! IV" |

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the A2A/Shockwave World War II Fighters P-51D Mustang, representing 44-14227 "Hey Rube! IV", which flew with the 2nd FS/ 52nd FG from Madna, Italy in july 1944, with Captain Daniel Zoerb as its assigned pilot. Zoerb played in a carnival band before the war, and the expression "Hey Rube!" was used to indicate that trouble was about to break out. This aircraft ended up in Rumania. During an escort mission on 8 september 1944, to pick up some American POW's with a B17, Capt Zoerb lost power over Bucharest airfield and made a very hard landing, buckling the wings. He stayed overnight with the Rumanian pilots and was treated to a real feast: Sheep's head soup! The next day, he flew back in a B17. He finished his combat tour a major with seven kills and as CO of the squadron.
Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the repaint kit by John Terrell. It should work in both FSX and FS9.

File Description:
British Airways (Landor) McDonnell Douglas MD80, with hand painted fuselage and tail; utilizing the Super 80 Professional model from Flight1/Coolsky. BA never operated MD-80s so this repaint is based on one from a BAC-111, and carries the registration G-AVMU from that aircraft. Textures for FSX and the Super 80 Professional ONLY. Packaged file which requires the Flight1 FSX Repaint Manager to install.

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Wings of Power III P-47D Thunderbolt, representing P-47D-15-RE 42-75845 B4-J "The Madam". It was the assigned aircraft of Lieutenant John H. Fetzer, from Shreveport Louisiana, of the 387th FS/ 365th FG during D-Day. He was flying as wingman of Capt. Arlo Henry on 6 June 1944, D-Day, when they spotted a number of Tiger tanks trying to hide in a castle. Capt Henry blew up the castle with his bombs, while Lt Fetzer attacked a Tiger with his 1000 lb bombs. His first bomb exploded harmlessly in a field, but his second "my contribution to D-Day" exploded right behind the Tiger, flipping it over 3 times. As for 42-75845, she proved to be a very strong lady. It began its career with the initial start of operations of the 365h FG, with Lt. Fetzer as its original pilot. He named the aircraft after his future wife, Helen. It flew its 200th mission in March 1945, and continued right to the end of the war, as the only remaining original Thunderbolt of the 365th. She was shot up several times, had wings and engines replaced and countless holes patched, but its crew chief, Joe DiMaio remarked that as long as 'the Madam' came back, he would keep her flying, and he did. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Martin Catney.

These three repaints are for the A2A Wings of Power III Spitfire Mk2b. All were flown by Squadron Leader Jan Zumbach of 303 Sqn. between May 1942 and November 1943. During this period, he flew three Supermarine Spitfire MkVbs', carrying the serial numbers BM144, EP594 and EN951.

Helicopter mission for experts. Take a repair tech to the top of a 1000 foot antenna, let him out onto the antenna, and hover in place while he repairs some conduit. Recommended to use some kind of autopilot for maneuvering and holding hover. Disable crash detection.
