This zip file contains all the artwork for my new outer terrain textures, a total of 1131 TarGA files. Included are the 26 base textures plus many hundreds of variation and transition textures, which determine how the terrain is rendered when one texture adjoins another. Feel free to modify the textures or add new variation or transition tiles as you see fit.

With this second version of the tool you can browse and modify outtag files of FU3 and so expand and create a new outer terrain area. You can export and import geo and gtl files in different format. Version 2 has more functions and will support 13 and 26 textures version of outer terrain.
