Engine Out - King Air

File Description:
This is a blackbox recording of a king-air landing at a bush strip. I lost the engine, and brought it down on final approach, on this small runway. During final approach, the engines restarted, then turned back off. This is a landing worth seeing. It shows how I attempted to glide over the trees by setting the flaps to 20 degrees instead of full.

AI Planes On Stansted

File Description:
Here is AI traffic on Stansted Airport, made by Robert Driscoll. I add too a dummy file "Airspace_from_SanFran.txt" modified with UK-South Airports. You can rename it to "Airspace.txt" if you want to. Don't forget to update your Beacons.fld file from Bogdan's web site.

Dago Red

File Description:
Herewith I present you another "Legend of the Sky", the fastest pylon racer of the year 2000 in the Unlimited Class at Reno: The "DAGO RED" Pylon Racer The Dago Red is not only an extreme pylon racer, it´s also a real optical beauty in the sky with it´s nice fuselage painting. Features: -> complete new outer textures, with all details of it´s great original -> complete new "start up" and "running" engine sounds most close to the original (headphone recommended!) -> finetuned physics file, optimized for flying Steffens "Reno Racing Challenge": -> reduced aileron+rudder reaction for absolute high-speed flying at deep heights. -> giant engine power of 5000hp! to give it the needed "kick" and power at the course (also the original Dago Red is estimated to much more than 4000hp -> so may be I´m absolute correct here!) -> new ATC name "Dago Red - Four Hotel Victor" -> fixed the bug with the "non working gear doors"

Making Model Textures: FixMip 4.0

File Description:
This is a major rewrite of the FixMip program used to develop textures for scenery models. New in this model: night lighting, repaired Seattle/SanFran transfer of textures, simplified interface, new algorithm for precise hue matching, colour tinting, and rewritten "how to" manual. This program converts pictures in GIF format into the format used in FU3.
