Scenery Config Editor

File Description:
Scenery .cfg editor for FSX and FS9. This utility is designed to enable easier editing of your flightsim scenery configuration (.cfg) file. It was developed to allow the grouping of scenery areas to enable your flightsim to run with only the scenery areas you require for that particular flight. This will allow flightsim to allocate more resources to running the program by minimising the amount of scenery enabled. It is hoped this will also improve loading times, but this has not been fully tested. The marker system allows easier identification of scenery's that have been installed incorrectly, and improves the functionality of any editing. We hope you find this handy program useful.

FSCamera X 1.1

File Description:
With the program the different cameras of the FSX can be edited. Not used standard cameras can be deleted. Or copies her into the AIRCRAFT.CFG of all airplanes and deletes her as a standard camera. The cameras of the airplanes can be adjusted individually. The display of the SDK text helps at the setup of the parameter. The program creates a Camera setting flight. This flight is started from the program. At this flight the individual cameras can be placed and lined up. After saving the flight the values can be copied in the AIRCRAFT.CFG of the airplane. Furthermore single cameras makes possible deleting and adding for the program. One can adjust the parameters for the FlyBy cameras.

FSXProcesskiller BugFixed

File Description:
FSX Processkiller is doing the same job as you can do manually with the task manager: For better performance you can kill unneeded processes. Processkiller will do this with one click. When you run it for the first time, you can "Add to Killlist" all processes, which are unnecessary. Next time, you just hit the "Kill processes" button. It's no big thing, I made this originally for own pleasure^^ Notes: a) This program should run on WinXP and Windows Vista b)This bugfixed release removed the Installer, since the shortcuts/startmenu entries did not work properly c) Other changes: Removed the messageboxes after killing a process, added some colors, improved error handling, ...

vPilot Model Rule Set Generator 1.3.1

File Description:
A utility for generating model rule sets for vPilot. Can automatically detect and scan the installed simulator(s) (FSX, FSX:SE, P3D 1, 2, 3, 4) or be pointed to a specific directory (for example, a third party model set). Log output summarizes which aircraft.cfg files were found and scanned, how many models were added to the rule set, and how many were not added due to being unable to match to an aircraft type or airline code. Version 1.3 is a minor update: (1) Use the parking code for the airline code if it's three uppercase characters (2) In detailed mode, list out each unrecognized model in the summary (3) Bug fixes. Version 1.3.1 fixes an installer issue.

FStarToFS2K V 1.1.3 - Update 1

File Description:
FStarToFS2K provides the possibility to convert Jeppesen FliteStar/FliteMap(R) 8.x/9.x Version Flight Plans to Microsoft Flight Simulator(R) 2000/2002/2004/FSX or Lockheed Martin Prepar3D(R) Flight Plans, thereafter called MS FS or LM P3D Flight plans. Meanwhile Flight plans for Ted Wright's NAV3.x, Alessandro Antonini's Super Flight Planner, Radar Contact, SquawkBox and Alain Captain's ACS-GPS can be produced as well. It provides an intuitive interface and an extensive help system.

Remarks: This Update contains some minor changes to the program and the help file. In order to use this Update you must have at least FStarToFSK V1.1.2 installed, best is FStarToFSK V1.1.3 preinstalled!

JAB_FPSx Version 2

File Description:
This is an update of JAB_FPSx (already in the AVSIM Library under file name "jab_fpsx.zip". TGhe software was updated by the author on 12/12/2009 under the same exact file name. This small tool provides a graph of frame rates for all ESP based flight simulators including FSX and P3D versions 1 through 4. It has been tested with P3D version 4.5 Hot Fix 2. In accordance with the Author's instructions (both on his website and in the README file he included in this software, this software may only be distributed as follows: This programme is a freeware. File Description: Detailed user manual included. For each aircraft control surface selected, AxisViewer will show the position of the joystick axis attached to the control surface, and the actual position of the control surface according to FSX/P3D. The benefits are: * Positive feedback on Control Surface Position. Ever ask yourself "Self, just what is that autopilot/autothrottle doing, anyway?!" * Allow you to manually adjust the Axis Positions to match the Control Surface Positions, so that you don't get a nasty surprise (for example, sudden change in thrust) when the autopilot and/or autothrottle is disengaged. * Verification of joystick functioning and range of motion. * Clear indication of when "dead zones" are entered. Static Aircraft .mdl Maker ("SAMM") FS9 Compatible

Tired of having to program AI (and suffer the overhead) just to have some "eye candy" sitting around your airport. No more! Static Aircraft .mdl Maker ("SAMM") will convert just about any FS8 or FS9 flyable or AI aircraft into a FS9 scenery model. (FSX will display most of these models satisfactorily.) Just "point" SAMM to the aircraft you wish to convert, decide where to save the scenery file and, presto, "eye candy". Most aircraft will convert using SAMM's default settings. Where, the static model is not quite right using default settings or if you want to make your static models as efficient as possible, SAMM includes a set of tools to help you. FS Streaming COMM 1.2.8 Upgrade

File Description: FSSC is a program that permits to associate (streaming) url ( like radios, atc chatter, etc. ) to a certain particular frequencies of Microsoft FS COMM. The streaming, if available, is played according to the frequency set based on a simple visual editable list. Is possible to elige a backup identifier that will be played if the chosen one gives error or a .wav files on your own. However, a special mode AIT (Automatic Ident Tuning) let FSSC to tune in the appropriate COM frequency to play the IDENT that is in the range of the aircraft (and is in the GPS flightplan) All information are displayed in a window directly in MS FS. The program can be runned also without connection with FS9/FSX, just selecting and clicking the chosen stream. Requires a full FSSC V1.2.5 Installation!

FSXRC Graphical Remote Control

File Description: This is a FSX (only) Remote Control program with a GUI. It is intended to help you fly your various aircraft without making changes to the aircraft files. This is a beta version with support for fixed wing, combustion engine aircraft with 1 to 4 engines. It requires Pete Dowson's FSUIPC v4 with or without WideFS, but it works best on a separate computer with the registered version of FSUIPC and WideFS. The program will work for 30 days without a registration key. If you want a key, email me (see readme.txt file) with the installation code and your feedback. With this application you can have a flight engineer working with you or an instructor can monitor and challenge a student. You can simply use the app to help you control aspects of the aircraft that you may not have easy access to.
