PlanToRoute

TTools AI flightplans to MS format flightplans

File Description:
At the moment, there are some difficulties to transfer AI flightplans files, written in TTools format to FSX, and to compile them to some file within the FSX scenery subdirectories. It is therefore desirable to convert these TTools flightplans to the MS format in order to be able to compile them to files in FSX scenery. The program converts AI Flightplans files in TTools format to the corresponding files in MS format in FS9 as well as in FSX, provided that (at least marginal) aircraft files exist in TTools and in MS format. The program does not compile the resulting flightplans files (neither in FS9 nor in FSX). This has to be done afterwards with the TrafficDatabase Builders in the respective SDK's.

File Description: skyLOGX is a virtual navigation log (PLOG) coded in Microsoft Excel VBA to ease your preflight workload before you hop in bush wilderness aboard the selected general aviation aircraft - currently supported are A2A Cessna 172R, A2A Cessna 182T, and SibWings Antonov An-2. Although with slight modification in programming code, the logic can be applied to any GA aircraft. It can also convert your native FSX/P3D flight plans or those created in Plan-G (in PLN format) to Google Earth KML and/or SkyVector format. The reversed conversion between flight plan formats is also possible.

FS2K To P3D Flight Plan Conversion Program -Version 1.0.0

File Description:
FS2KToP3D provides the possibility to convert Microsoft Flight Simulator Version 2000/2002/2004 Flight Plans to Microsoft Flight Simulator FSX or Lockheed Martin Prepar3D XML-Format Flight Plans, thereafter called MS FSX or LM P3D Flight plans. This program evolved from the necessity, that Lockheed Martin Prepar3D does not support the old Plain Text Flight plan from Microsoft Flight Simulator Version 2000/2002/2004. Almost no Conversion- or Import-Module is available to the FlightSimmers Community, which allows a Conversion from the old Plain Text Style to the new XML-Format as used in Microsoft Flight Simulator FSX and Lockheed Martin Prepar3D. FSX Flightplan to FS9 Flightplan

File Description:
In contrast to FS9, it is possible in FSX to implement user-defined waypoints directly into a flightplan by dragging and dropping it into the map (this goal can evidently be achieved in FS9 only with the assistance of AddOn tools like e.g. FlightSimCommander). This program enables the user to convert a flightplan, created with the flightplanner in FSX, directly into the corresponding flightplan in FS9, thereby making it possible to implement user-defined waypoints also in FS9 flightplans without the help of AddOns.
