SkyHigh Audio Simulations is proud to present our brand new Airbus A320 Family CFM56 sound pack for FSX! This add-on features configurations for both CFM56-5A and CFM56-5B sounds, along with three interior POV options such as cockpit, front cabin, and rear cabin. The read me provided in the zip file will direct you to what version to use for which airplane. FSX's sound cone technology has been extensively used to provide as much of a realistic sound experience as possible in the exterior view. The A320 aircraft family's famous Pneumatic Transfer Unit 'barking' noise has been implemented in the start up sound, gear up sound, and engine shut down sound. Along with these features, SkyHigh Audio Simulations' usual touches have been added such as using audio recordings only from A320 CFM aircraft as source files to provide a fully authentic sound experience for the simmer. SkyHigh Audio Simulations is proud to present our new FSX Concorde Sound Package! This add-on will hopefully bring Concorde back to life since the real thing no longer flies and I do not think an Olympus 593 turbojet engine has run since 2003. So to achieve this goal, I have worked to the bone to fine tune this sound and add as many features as possible. The main new feature of this sound is XML Gauge Sound technology, never seen before in a SkyHigh sound release, or on any sound package release for that matter. The XML gauge sounds include a brake sound, sonic boom sound effect, as well as a switch panel that plays various cabin announcements. 3D Sound Cone Technology has of course, been extensively used in this release, as with our other FSX sound releases. You can even hear the ground trembling from the noise when Concorde flies by. I could go for days explaining the features of these sounds but I'd like for you to hear them for yourself. So please give this download a go if you want to bring Concorde back to life with a very realistic sounding Concorde sound package for FSX! | CTAF Voicepack Mod |

File Description:
This voicepack mod introduces a number of changes to the way CTAF communications are handled in the sim. For all CTAF communications, aircraft now repeat the name of the airport at the end of the transmission to help ensure copy of the airport name during busy CTAF activity. Furthermore aircraft now say on all transmissions the type of aircraft they are (Beech, Cessna, Mooney, etc). Finally, the default format of position announcements for VFR/IFR aircraft would say "10 miles west of Miller County", which is an overly-repetitive use of the airport name. Aircraft now announce position/bearing without saying the airport name, as that is repeated at the end of the transmission. This is all meant to better reflect real-world CTAF transmission protocols.
