File Description:
2nd part of the Movie Maker Scenery Series. Requires mms1.zip, Movie Makers Studio & Tours available here. This scenery depicts an early 1942 US Navy/Marine Forward Avaiation Operations Base from the Pacific Theater. This scenery includes 100s of custom gmax models compiled in FSX Acceleration SDK, custom day/night textures, custom effects, custom AI Boats and Airplanes and custom landclass. Scenery includes 3 time period AI carrier groups with landable decks, USS Enterprise, USS Ranger & USS Saratoga as well as a number of other ships and submarines. Special Thanks to Paul Clawson and Bruce Fitzgerald for allowing me to include their works, models and textures, in this download. 5B2 - Saratoga County Airport v2.0 for FSX Acceleration. Located in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in upstate NY, USA. This facility is owned by Saratoga County, formerly housed Rich Air and currently houses North American Aviation. 5B2 is a non-controlled airfield catering to small engine a/c up to a few private jet daily traffic serving 'The Northcountry' and Saratoga Springs, New York.
All Objects fully designed and completely redone in GMAX using high resolution photo-real textures. Optional seasonal files included. Also includes new ADEX file, more accurate airport grounds perimeter, satellite photo-real grounds, custom taxiways, taxi-signs and taxi lights. ADEX file also designed to support general aviation AI. All textures mipmapped for performance.

Lashenden EGKH is a grass airfield just SE of Headcorn in Kent. Both light aircraft movements and freefall parachuting take place and there is a museum on site. This is a new version of the one I did some years ago and uses photo textures on the buildings and includes the new large hangar.

The original AFCAD was created by Kevin Burns, but the airport looked kind of barren in the surrounding coverage area; so I added 650 odd objects and seasonally adjusted photo ground textures to spruce it up a bit, then reworked all the aprons and taxiways to match the photo. Tools used were: Airport Design Editor 1.55, SBuilderX, ModelConverterX.
